These are fairly typical vitamin B capsules. They are a typical medium capsule size, with a serving size of 1. I take them during the daytime, and have no issues with digestion, when taken on a full or empty stomach. I typically eat a lower carb diet, so I am often deficient in vitamin B. After taking these supplements, I definitely notice more energy. Afterwards, my pee comes out yellow, indicating that I am getting an adequate amount of vitamin B.I also like how this company gets their supplements tested by 3rd parties. At first I was surprised how small the box and bottle were, its about a quarter the size of my normal B Complex that is also 60 servings, and the ingredients were very similar so I wasn’t sure what was going on at first. Turns out rather than shipping you a bunch of air and cotton the bottle is packed full, sounds simple but I always assumed there was a reason they left all the space in the bottle. None of the shells were broken or stuck together so really now I’m just wondering why everyone else sends half empty bottles.As for the supplement itself, they are near tasteless, has the normal vegetable oil smell from the capsule shell, and they go down easy and don’t leave me burping like I’ve had before from others. The Jury is still out on whether its a good idea or not to be overdosing up to 40,000x a recommended daily value of anything… but I feel fine after taking them and they work just as well as any other B Complex as far as a pick-me-up rather than reaching for another Red Bull when I want a bit of extra energy.
