great product but use is as it is supposed to be used
I use several of Beverly International products and I love each of them. Keto can be used with Beverly’s “Lean Out” and that is how I use them. What is suggested is to take them about 20 minutes before working out and together with water; now go work out. This makes it possible for me to work in the yard with a lot of energy and productivity. My muscle tone is lean and strong. I also use Beverly’s “Fit Tabs”. So I take 4 a day of the “Fit Tabs” with meals splitting them into two different times, but I use the “Keto” and the “Lean Out” together always and it just really makes my energy and stamina rocket. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and my lung strength is improving with it. I have a serious lung problem so I need to push it on exercise as much as I can tolerate. Getting back in shape and gaining strength and stamina does take awhile. I don’t eat a processed food diet and I stay away from cooked meat, so my diet is very healthy and natural or functional as some people might define it. I also use Beverly’s Liver tabs and I dissolve them in water and then drink them. I don’t take any of the Beverly products with dairy of any kind. I make my own kefir but I eat that separate from the Beverly products so that digestion is not hampered in any way. I’ve been amazed at how natural my diet has gotten without cravings and Beverly products are a big part of that. I do not in any way view the Beverly products as a substitute for a poor diet. If you are going to be serious about your health and physical stamina don’t expect a pill to do it for you. Healthy choices of raw food focus and staying away from processed packaged foods are key to gaining that stamina, strength, and fat burning action that many seem to be after. It doesn’t come free and it does take work, so those suggesting that popping a pill from the Beverly line is going to create a “rock abs” look without the exercise grind will be mistaken. You have to work out and train and do it diligently and daily or at least 5-6 days a week up to an hour, but you won’t be able to do such if you don’t eat healthy real food. Packaged processed food does not have oxygen in it as that kind of “food” steals your strength, your physical stamina, and your lung power. Real foods create oxygen and that makes it possible to work out hard and to gain the ability to really work out. It does take time to build up the strength, but it is amazing when you finally start seeing the stamina and that lung power happening. The Beverly products are a line designed for people who exercise and who want to build that ability to exercise and workout strong. If you don’t exercise and workout, it will not give you instant stamina in a bottle. Exercise and real food is the key to making Keto and Lean Out do its magic. If you take the pills and sit in a chair and do nothing, you will see very little impact. I do 2-4 pills a day of Keto and the same for Lean Out. I also use the Fit Tabs and the Liver tabs and then I make sure I am working out in some way 5-6 days a week. These products are helping me to recover better and faster so that I can do a workout on a more steady basis. If you are out of shape, then start walking and build up the walking strength. During the summer I do outside work of some kind, such as yard work and mow the lawn with an electric mower so I don’t sit on a mower and ride, I work out pushing and pulling on a heavy duty mower. During the winter I work out on exercise equipment, such as a rower. Each day you work out and each day you eat real food, the stronger you will be for the next round. You have to have the vision of getting in shape and staying in shape and exercising hard regularly.

I’m waayy overweight and high BMI (typical programmer). Ok so I’m not a gym guy but I enjoy working out.What this does for me is not an instant BOOM energy. What this provides is stamina. I can sustain a workout longer. Since I’m doing cardio along with the full body workout its grueling for me.So this aspect alone is worth the product’s price.This morning I went against the product and didn’t eat breakfast. Just went to the workout. I have a slow metabolism so part of the energy came from last night and the rest, I assume came from this stuff helping to burn more efficiently or whatever it does. I left it all on the floor. Legs were rubbery. It was an exhausting workout which is what I need to dump these pounds. Will report back is there is a weight loss.This product was recommended by a girl who is a friend of mine who runs marathons, and completed a triathalon.

I love this product
I love this product. Sometimes supplements like this can give you a jittery feeling and this does none of that. It helps give an extra boost when I exercise without feeling like I’m putting something unnatural in my body. I tried the Lean Out product which I didn’t find particularly effective, but this works far better and I take it in conjunction with Quadracarn which is also made by Beverly International. I have found this to be a good and safe product to use. Fair warning though, if people are looking to buy this as a supplement to just loose weight without exercise it is not designed for that purpose, so don’t expect unreasonable results without putting in the work.

I’ve definitely noticed a difference. I can’t attest to actual fat loss yet as this is my first week using it… It’s totally helped me control cravings and overeating. Gives me a subtle steady energy and I’m able to make good choices with my food. That’s all I really ask from any supplement. Just help me eat how I’m supposed to eat. Not overeating fast food. Recommended dosage made me very jittery
I quit taking this after a few days. I have tried taking a smaller dose than what’s recommended on the bottle and seemed to work better, and haven’t taken any in the evening or I’m up too late. YMMV.
