I don’t know how I could ever go back to taking vitamins the old fashioned way. The flavor is fine and the not having to gag on pills is life changing! Finally, I’m getting my vitamins. Thank you, Better You, for making a decent spray!

My blood work came back high in Vit D.My doc said to lessen the spray in the summer. It works!

Good product except for the additives
For some reason, I did not know citric acid was an additive in this product until I bought it. I have an intolerance for it. However, I did find some D3 spray that doesn’t have any additives..

Good option for some people
I have always had low D levels. Much of which can be attributed to living in higher latitudes. But I also don’t absorb vitamin D like I should. I have not had my levels tested since I started, but it does seem to be helping.

Product received in bent up box, and with no seal on the outside box or the inside on the product… anyone could have gotten into it and I’m not sure that it hasn’t already been used before it was sent. When I went to return it all I get is not available for return!
