I’ve been taking this for about three months now. It’s marketed at a vitamin for women, but I take it as a 30 year old male since it hits all of the key target values. I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Taking 8 tablets a day is kind of annoying, but when you factor in how many vitamins you would be consuming with other products to hit these target markers, it evens out. I’ll probably keep taking this for two years since that’s when my bone density scan is due. I have a -4 z score in my spine and hip. Two months ago I started taking Forteo injections, so I’m hoping my medication will stack nicely with the Better Bones vitamins. My blood tests were good before I started taking these vitamins, but I was just on calcium and D3 at the time. Hopefully the other vitamins in this product (especially K2) will make a difference. Speaking of K-2, I purchased K-2 MK7 along side this product to get past 200-300+ mcg per day. I also consume one banana a day to get a more adequate potassium level.

I have Osteoporosis and I’ve been taking these for several years, since I was diagnosed. They cover everything I want in a multivitamin as well as being directed at bone health. They ship really promptly. The negatives are the cost and the size of the pills and the number you have to take, but I’ve trained myself to take 4 pills 2x a day as they recommend. I often take the last dose at bedtime and I seem to sleep better when I do. I think this is a really good product.

My personal trainer is the type of guy who makes his own soap, drinks only reverse osmosis filter water and stacks his own supplements (makes his own capsules). When I showed him the label for these, he found ZERO FAULTS with the formulation. I bought these so I can have FEWER SUPPLEMENT BOTTLES in the kitchen please. I average six tablets a day, two each with three meals, sometimes I make it to eight tablets. If you need smaller tablets/capsules I recommend the Better Bones Basics. Formulation: 5 stars. Size/quantity of tables: 4.5 stars. All I have on the counter now is these, fish oil, bioperine and melatonin. This replaced like 20 other bottles with one. Also I got 3 bottles at the discounted price so I am set for a while!

Hard to swallow!
I was hoping these would be easier to swallow since the directions are to take 8 each day. I have a hard time with big tablets and these are large and have a tendency to stick to my tongue. It would really be nice if they were coated to make them easier to slide down. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis last year and the ingredient list is impressive so I will experiment and see what I can do to get them down.

I was purchasing Better Bones Builder directly from Women’s Health Network, but when I saw them offered on Amazon, and it was too convenient to pass up. The price was the same. I cannot recommend these vitamins enough for their purity, the combination and strength of supplements, and their actual bone building support. I have been taking them about seven years and actually had some improvement in my osteoporosis. This brand has many other products I also use.

Great nutrition, easy to take if you chew them!
I love the ph balance and the very comprehensive list of nutrients in this supplement. I did start slow and now find it quite healing for my gut. The tablets are large and chalky like some have mentioned in these reviews, but they are soft enough to be chewed very easily. My only suggestion for the company would be to put the chewability factor on their label!

This was not well tolerated
As others have mentioned, I, too, had digestive issues with this supplement, likely from the magnesium. I even took it gradually as recommended by their customer service agent and still I had digestive issues.
