I’ve consistently had great experiences with Bestvite supplements, and this NMN is another product that fits what I like about the brand. They’re straightforward about their sourcing and formulation, and I appreciate that they keep the ingredient list clean without a lot of unnecessary fillers. They list their NSF number right on their product description. They make their supplements in the US which is great. This is a good value for the money for such a high quality product.This provides 500 mg of NMN per capsule and is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and made without stearates. I also like that Bestvite manufactures its supplements in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and states that its products undergo third-party testing.As for the NMN itself, it’s hard to say exactly how effective it is based on my personal experience, but I do feel like I’ve had more energy since adding it to my routine. I would obviously recommend consulting with your dr and doing your own research before taking a new supplement. I’ve had no side effects from it and since it’s in a capsule there’s no strange taste.Overall, I like the straightforward formula and the transparency around manufacturing and quality control. The company is fifteen years old and this supplement is stearate free. Stearate is a filler and can affect nutrient absorption so I am thankful this supplement is cleaner and doesn’t have unnecessary fillers.NMN helps overall wellness and healthy aging. It is also GMP Certified. GMP-Certified means it has strict standards and is tested by a third party so the ingredients they say are in the product are actually in the product.The capsules are easy to swallow. The cost is $15 a month which is worth it to help me as I enter into perimenopause.
