    100% recommend. Might not be for everyone but they worked for me

    if you can take the capsule & ignore the flavor ..you really do get your money’s worth in this. Mines lasted longer than predicted because I do not take it daily. However, that is personal choice. I’ve noticed an increase in energy lately and productivity.     Great supplement for focus!

    I saw a difference in my attention span, focus, and ability to multi-task. As someone that’s easily distracted and will begin 100 projects a day and not finish one, this is paramount!
