Milk thistle is supposed to protect one’s liver. I’m from Europe where plant based health methods are very popular. Mom administered chamomile, peppermint, etc as a first defense for whatever ailed me.Though I dont have a problem with my liver, I’d like to keep it that way.

Excellent Results
Several months ago, my liver enzymes had tested elevated. As I was already using several Bestvite products, I began using their milk thistle. Six months later my enzymes were where they should be. The only change I made to my diet was adding this product…..it works!!!

Beware of the Risks!
This was a very effective supplement, gained muscle, strenght, rejuvenates the skin, etc, but one draw back that I wasn’t aware of was that it stimulates ESTROGEN production, this is not usually mentioned in disclosures. So although the estrogen has great effects on your energy, muscle strenght, skin, etc it promotes the growth of ovarian and breast cancer.
