    4 month supply!

    Great price since this is just 1 capsule/serving, and a 4 month supply. They’re on the bigger side but easy to swallow. No odor or aftertaste and no unpleasant side effects. It doesn’t list an expiration date, only a date of manufacture (mine is 1/2023 and I purchased it 8/2023), which is a little bit unusual and may make some uneasy.

    This supplement has a variety of high-quality ingredients. I have noticed an overall improvement in general well-being since taking this supplement.     These capsules are a good size, easy to swallow, and I have not noticed any taste. I haven’t yet noticed any improvement in my sleep, skin, or hair… but I expect any impact to take a while to be noticeable.If you want to try an inositol supplement, this is a great value… lots of capsules in the bottle, and a higher amount of mayo-inositol than some others.
