There are many positives to these supplements. There is no strong odor to them, which means that more than likely. you won’t be bothered by a disrupted digestive system or nagging burps often associated with health supplements. I haven’t been at all. If you’re in need of a boost in vitamin B6 and 12, you should consider these supplements. I also love that these capsules are on the smaller end and this is nice for ingesting. After weeks of having these, I feel more energetic and I plan on continuing using these as one of many health supplements that I take.

Easy to swallow pills
I have been taking this folinic acid supplement for a few weeks now. It has active forms of B vitamins. It is easy to swallow, but honestly, it is hard to tell if it is working or not because I haven’t been taking it for that long.One thing I like is that it is third-party tested because with supplements, you never know exactly what you are taking, especially when you don’t know where the ingredients are coming from.I would buy it again because the price is accessible for the benefits it is supposed to give you. I think I need to take it for longer before I can really say how much of a difference it makes. It is easy to swallow and it does not taste bad. – There was a plastic safety seal over the lid as well as one under the lid. There’s a lot number and expiration date (4/29) printed on the label as well. The shelf life is around three years.- I was really intrigued that this supplement used folinic acid, which is a much more bioactive form of folate. The body doesn’t have to convert folinic acid through as many steps to be able to utilize it, so it works much better for some people. Per serving, you get 1,000 mcg which is a relatively high dosage. Normal suggested dosages are around 800 mcg. It also includes the methylated form of B12 and B6 as well – both at appropriate dosages.- I really appreciate that the serving size is only one capsule and the capsules themselves are pretty small so they’re very easy to take.- I’ve had really good experiences with this brand so far. Their supplements don’t contain food dyes or preservatives which is something that I always look for.- At about $20 for 90 servings, this is definitely one of the better priced folinic acid supplements I’ve seen. Overall, I think this is one of the best options if you’d like to try a more bioactive form of folic acid!
