SOUR!!! Dissolve an mixes really well.
It’s EXTREMELY sour, dissolves well, don’t ever mix it with just water, it will burn your tongue. Always mix it with something sweet. I can’t tell if it works or not…it does dissolve well.

Horrible taste
This is advertised as no flavor but that has not been my experience. It has a wicked sour taste. Ugh! It dissolves pretty well. It’s a very fine powder. I mistakenly thought it was going to be capsules but that’s only because I read the description wrong. I don’t much want to have to pull out a scale to measure it every time I take it so I won’t be ordering this again. I prefer capsules. I haven’t had any negative side effects from using it for the past several weeks. I do think they should spend a few extra pennies to include a scooper for it. I don’t know anyone who has 1/6 teaspoon in their kitchen.

I’m really happy with the Best Naturals Boron Citrate Powder. I specifically wanted a powder because it’s easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and the 8-ounce container is a generous size that should last quite a while.I mix mine into iced tea, and it works perfectly. This powder supplement is an amazing value, with enough daily servings to last one adult three years and 40 days, in an 8 oz. bottle that’s just 5.25” tall and 3” wide. It fits nicely into my pantry and my smoothie routine. Its expiration date is 2 years after the date I received it, so I’ll have to either enlist my spouse to take it along with me, or else find another use (such as soil amendment if my plants need boron) in order to use it up in time.I like that the label clearly states both the total weight and the elemental weight for each serving. These two amounts are very different from one another, and for good reason.The compound called “boron citrate” has two parts: boron and citrate. The element boron, by itself, takes up just 5% of the total weight of the compound, while the citrate component takes up the other 95%. This means that a 200mg serving of boron citrate powder will provide 10mg of elemental boron. This matches exactly what’s shown on the label, a refreshing contrast to other brands of mineral supplements, in which just one number is given and it’s often unclear what the manufacturer is really measuring.The accuracy and detail of the label is an important part of a supplement’s quality for me, and this product gets full marks in that regard. The source of the powder itself is not specified, but the 3rd party lab testing and “Packaged in USA” claim give me confidence that at least it was verified by an independent lab, and bottled in a country that has high standards for manufacturing facilities.The appearance is white and crystalline, exactly as a pure compound powder should look. It stirs into 8-12 ounces of fluid well, dissolves completely, and doesn’t upset my stomach or add any smell or flavor, except a very mild acidity that practically disappears in citrus or tropical juices and smoothies. I do use a precision scale to measure the daily 200mg serving, and I don’t mind the fact that there’s no scoop, as a volume measurement wouldn’t be nearly as accurate in providing the correct daily dose.Most powder supplements are leagues ahead of pills and gummies in terms of value, and this one is no exception. It’s great to have one small bottle with over a thousand servings. Very pleased.

Recommended brand but not the right supplement for me.
I have been researching the benefits of boron citrate. Especially bone health. While my bone density per the scan I just had is absolutely fine, I’m 59 and I know that on my mom’s side the women all tend to lose bone density…moreso than is the norm when aging…so I want do everything I can to keep my bones as healthy as they can be. I saw this Boron Citrate from BEST NATURALS and figured now was as good a time as any to give it a try.Bottle contains 8 oz / 227grams. Per the dosing at 10mgs there are approximately 1135 servings. Yes you read that right….a little over three years worth. Heck with the expiration date of 7/2028 it will expire before I use the whole bottle lol. That’s ok because even if this was only a years worth it’s an extremely good price.The lot # and expiration date are stamped on the label.Powder is finely milled. Not quite to powdered sugar levels but not as granulated as sugar or salt.I noticed no smell when opening the bottle.There is no scoop included for dosing. Since this is such a small recommended amount…1/6 of a teaspoon…I was a bit surprised to see no scoop.My research shows me that 3mg is a starting dose…especially for women. So then it does down even more and I would need to order some type of a micro dosing scale.Taste if not added to water is sour / mouth puckering and not in a good way. Even when added to water this does not taste good. I did take this…a minute amount sprinkled into water….for a week. Assume dosing to the extremely low side. It dissolves nicely and I have experienced no side effects.I do like and trust BEST NATURALS as a brand. One of their supplements has been my tried and true for years. The fact they use GMP and do third party testing assures me that I am ingesting exactly what is listed on the label and it is free from impurities and toxins.That being said this one is going to be a pass for me. It’s going to be much much easier to order capsules at the dosing I want without extra steps of ordering a scale and weighing it out each time I take it. IF you want boron citrate where you can adjust dose and taste isn’t an issue this might be for you.

I’ve been using this boron citrate powder for about two weeks, and I’m already noticing a reduction in joint pain and inflammation. While it’s still too early for me to comment on any other long-term benefits, the improvement has been noticeable enough that I plan to keep using it as part of my daily routine.One thing I really like is how incredibly small the serving size is. A single serving is just 1/6 teaspoon (about 200 mg of powder), which provides 10 mg of boron. Since the container holds 227 grams (227,000 mg), that works out to about 1,135 servings—or roughly 3 years of daily use from one container. That’s excellent value for the price.The powder mixes easily into drinks, and I haven’t noticed any taste when adding it to water or a smoothie.So far, I’m very pleased with it and will definitely continue using it. If the benefits continue as they have over these first couple of weeks, this will become a permanent supplement in my routine.

That is on me for not reading closely enough, but I imagine I am not the only one who has made this assumption, so worth calling out for other buyers.Once I got past that, using it has been simple enough. The suggested serving is just 1 sixth of a teaspoon, which is a tiny amount, so this 8 ounce container is going to last a very long time, likely years at that serving size. It mixes into water easily since it is unflavored.The price does feel a bit high upfront, but when I think about how many servings are actually in here given how little you use each time, the cost per serving is probably reasonable. It just does not feel that way when you are looking at the sticker price for what looks like a small bottle.3 out of 5 stars, decent product but knock a couple stars for the capsule mix up being an easy trap to fall into, and the packaging could do more to make the powder form obvious upfront.
