The tub contains 1 pound or 454 grams. I think the serving size of 1/2 teaspoon is effective. But I don’t know if it helps with weight loss. One serving amounts to approximately 1.5 grams, with 302 servings per container. I find it’s digestible as I don’t get an upset stomach and bad mood. Each serving provides 1500 milligrams of acetyl L-carnitine HCl. The product has no other ingredients and is free from artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, corn, soy, egg, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, and sodium. I found on the label that the powder is GMP certified and packaged in the USA. I blend it with stevia and water to improve the taste and drink it. I use a blender to fully dissolve it. I find the powder more valuable than capsules.

I have been taking Acetyl L Carnitine for about a year and I’ve always taken it in capsule form so when I saw this NAC in powder form from BEST NATURALS I wanted to give it a try.This is a one pound container with a recommended serving of half a teaspoon per day and there are 302 servings. I did not find any type of scoop when digging through the container with a spoon.Lot # and expiration date are printed on the label.There is no smell when opening the container.Having never taken Acetyl L Carnitine in powder form I had no idea how horrible it tastes. Even mixed with 6-8 oz of water I personally find it vile. That I am NOT in any way shape or form blaming BEST NATURALS for as I researched and found in powder form this does have a not so pleasant taste.This did come a little clumped together so I dropped some rice in it to help with that. I have tried other Best Naturals powders and this is the first one where that happened so I have no idea if it is something that is more common with powdered Acetyl L Carnitine or a one off for Best Naturals.That being said I powered through it for the review. I took it for a week and experienced no side effects at all. For me personally I find capsules to be easier to use/ take but you can’t beat the price point of powder. I noticed no difference in focus or energy but then I didn’t expect to and that is not why I am taking it. I am taking it just for general help in aging.I AM going to order unfilled capsules and fill them so I can take this in capsule form.
