    Great product for bone health among other things

    I am feeling big improvements with this and D-3 together

    I have been researching taking the vitamin k-2 (mk-7) for over 6mo now along with vitamin D-3 together. I read and watched youtube videos on that this helps carry the the D-3 to your bones and out of the blood stream, thus strengthening the bones and your teeth, and reversing or improving your hardening arteries. well as for me I now believe these two together does these claims. for the past 3-weeks my gums have stopped bleeding almost completely, and when I drink very cold water or and cold liquid, that stinging pain in the roots of my teeth are almost none existent. overall i feel better than before. I know the longer I take it the more improvements I will feel and have. I am taking two vitamin k-2 @100mcg each with 2-3 D-3 @5000iu each and 2 MAGNESIUM pills @500mg each with breakfast, and I’m getting results, you might need different [consult your physician]
