Skeptical at first….now a believer!
I have been taking this supplement for about 6 months now and I can really tell a difference in my mood. I am normally skeptical of herbal supplements, but I like to give them a try. I really noticed the difference this made when I ran out and in a couple days I was grumpy and more stressed and then it clicked that this is really working! I take 1 capsule every night before bed along with 5-HTP. I sleep fine and have never noticed any side effects. I’m not sure how this brand compares with others as this is the only one I have tried. I have seen a few cheaper ones out there, but since this is working so well for me I don’t want to change a thing!I have always struggled with depression and stress and have tried other prescription anti-depressants with unplesant side effects. This has really made me a much happier person and so much more laid back. Little things that used to stress me out before don’t even phase me now!

Great for Stress & High Blood Pressure!!!
I usually buy the Now Foods Brand as I like the quality and I like the free help I get talking to a nutritionist. This had an excellent price so i tried several bottles. I usually take 2 pills about an hour before work and 2 pills before I go to bed at night. Holy Basil has stopped me from having a heart attack from all the stress at work.I recently sent a friend in CA two bottles of this brand and Now Foods Brand. My friend was using it for stress and I also recommended she take this for her High Blood Pressure. A few days later my friend emailed me stating the Holy Basil has helped her with the stress and High Blood Pressure. My friend has been on Holy Basil for a month. She has now stopped taking her High Blood Pressure meds. I believe she told me the Holy Basil drop her HBP down quite a bit.I personally take all vitamins, herbs and essential oils. No side effects so far unlike the medication on the market.

Nice feeling of calm, but makes you too sleepy.
Taking this gave me a feeling of being relaxed and super calm. This is great if you are operating on high stress unable to come down. However the flip side is that it made me super sleepy and unmotivated. This doesn’t help when you’ve got a full day ahead of you where you need to be focused, alert, and energetic. I’d recommend this for trying to fall asleep at night, but it certainly is not of benefit if you have work to do during the day. This was my personal assessment of this. Everyone’s body chemistry is different and you may have another reaction, but this is what I experienced on my end. I’m not trying to sleep when I have work to do. I may use this only on those rare days when you’re hit with one major stress after another or if I’m having difficulty in relaxing at night.

I love this product! I absolutely love it. For me, this has been what I have been looking for, for the relief of stress, anxiety, and the feeling of woefulness. I no longer feel those unwanted emotions after taking one of these capsules. I so love how it relaxes my racing mind and raging emotions, and will begin to take one in the morning with my first meal of the day. And then a second, with my last meal of the day. Just to make sure that I am feeling no pain so to speak. I thank you Best Naturals, for your Best Holy Basil Extract product…

I am so glad that I was led to this product!
I will be honest, I have only had this product for maybe a week and a half but even from the first time I used it I noticed a true difference in the stability of my mood. I have been under extreme stress and I know that I was dealing with adrenal fatigue. I can clearly notice the burn out and jittery feeling subside once I take this. I am so glad I found it. As many of you should know by now, we are not all wired the same so this may not work for others but I can say it does for me.

Product seems pure
The product came when expected. The bottle was sealed and it smelled fresh and lovely. I wanted it to see if it would help me sleep longer. I’m not sure about that yet, but to my surprise, I feel more energetic and calm at the same time. I’m not sure if it has to do with the holy basil or not, but it is better with no other explanation. I’ve only used it for two weeks so more time would tell a bigger story.
