    This is good for any woman who use HRT; helps the body to process excess estrogens that can lead to things like cancer. So, kind of an important role this supplement plays.

    I didn’t really notice a difference on this brand. When I switched to another DIM supplement that includes dong quai my voice audibly dropped, my mood stabilized, and my sex drive improved. It’s hard to quantify benefits from these things, but that was the only thing I changed in that time frame, so I can only give this stuff three stars.

    So just a fyi this may be a little too personal…but im just a gal behind a screen writing anonymously (lol). Anywho i am currently on my cycle…this period has been the most interesting one ive ever seen. Usually i am bleeding like nobodys business my first 3-4 days and passing quarter sized blood clots…however…my 7 day period is now 5 days and i have barely passed 2 nickel sized clots the entire time. Plus i didnt have to consume 1 entire bottle of motrin due to cramps…only thing i added different was DIM after taking for about 3 weeks now…im impressed…hmmmmmmm…indeed 🤔

    This was a great low dose Dim supplement. There was no weird taste. 60 pills for 60 days. I felt better taking them. Good value for the money. No weird ingredients. I recommend them for the bad estrogen dominance from our food supply.
