Not really sure that this is working. it’s supposed to help with the liver, and the fat that can sometimes surround it. I haven’t lost any weight, but I didn’t expect it to either. I used to drink quite heavily back in the day, so I figure anything that I can do to help out the liver would be beneficial. I also take Milk Thistle for this also. I guess only time will tell. I give it 3 stars because I don’t feel any different or notice any weight loss like others have mentioned. I think the only way you could possibly tell if it’s working would either be through some type of blood test, or CT scan. Let me also say that I don’t feel any worse for wear either, so it may be working….if I notice anything changing I will definitely come back and leave more feedback.

I feel good when i take it. Only been a few days though. We will see how it works out int he long term. Im using as part of holistic way to treat my Bi Polar disorder that i have lived with for 30 years. The specific amino acids that have been linked with bipolar disorder are tyrosine, tryptophan, and taurine. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter in the brain is made up of the amino acid tyrosine. Serotonin, another mood-related neurotransmitter in the brain, is made up of the amino acid tryptophan. A combination of Inositol and Choline added to this is my plan. Great REM sleep with this combined with Alpha GPC
I recently tried this product Now Foods Alpha Gpc 300mg, Veg-Capsules, 60-Count to help me dream at night. It works great! I had some crazy good dreams and no nightmares. But the problem is that this was $30 for a 45 day supply. I decided to try to buy the ingredients listed in it and see if the result would be the same. Well i am here to report that it is then same. I take it every other night and have the most awesome dreams that I can remember. I got this choline Best Naturals Choline 650 mg 180 Tablets. I tried the Huperzine A but it gave me a headache. So i am just taking this with the choline and getting great REM sleep. You should try it.

Absolutely love this product. I noticed a huge difference in my mental acuity when I started taking this product. My brain was much sharper and my memory improved. I have been switching around though because for some annoying reason, this supplement came off subscribe and save. I was taking two a day with meals and it was a noticeable difference in my cognitive abilities. I am going to have to manually order this one now, because it worked for me and never upset my tummy, something that can happen with supplements for me. I am probably going to take 3xs a day: morning, lunch, and bedtime. Great stuff and I recommend. It is 265 mg of choline/pill as others have said, but it works for me.Every time I stop this product I notice a dip in my mental performance. And I don’t even consciously think, “oh I will be worse.” I just notice that I feel off my mental game and then “I think what is different?” I then realize I ran out of these. Has happened multiple times.I bartend and you have to be quick in many areas.With these:I do quick math cleaner and more efficientlyI multitask and plan better behind the bar.I am wittier with these too.I know there is some question about more efficient and better performing cholines such as CDP and Alpha GPC. I don’t see a difference. You just need to take more of these, but they are cheaper and even with taking more remain cheaper.

Great product to help the liver burn excess fat. It assists in slowing down or preventing a fatty liver. Helps the liver shed accumulated fat that leads to a fatty liver. Additional benefits support a healthy brain and nerve system. It does have a tart taste but I take them with Greek yogurt to disguise the taste. I am using this product as a supplement.
