    Reported to help with inflammation. I have personally noticed a difference in pain and inflammation reduction since taking black seed supplements. I was previously taking a black seed oil supplement which contained liquid in a capsule. I’m now trying this different brand which contains it in powder form. I’ve had no adverse reaction so far and I hope to continue receiving the positive benefits. Noting my experience may just be a coincidence but I hope it’s from the supplements.

    These have helped tremendously with my mild joint pain and inflammation. I use these twice a day, and they don’t upset my stomach. I noticed a difference after about 3 weeks.
