My God sister told me to get some Biotin. I purchased this product because of the reviews and I have to agree this Biotin works for me. About the end of the second week I notice my comb had less or hardly any hair or breakage on it and my nails stop breaking. My hair and nails are stronger and longer. My family noticed it too. I started out taking w/lots of water(I try to drink 64oz a day,again I t-r-y) two daily to give my system or my hair and nails a boost; like one in the morning w/breakfast and then w/dinner for the first two weeks straight. That’s when I saw the improvement in my hair and nails. Now I Just take 1 daily in the morning w/brkfst. My hair and my nails are growing stronger and longer. My hair I can tell because I dye my hair and the new growth from my roots are coming in not just gray, but longer gray and faster growth than before. I do massage my scalp regularly. Please eat before taking because it will give you acid reflux, which I did learn the hard way. I hope this helps. Yes I will be purchasing more because this worked for me 🙂

Amazing product!!
I started taking this product a few months back after a bad hair fall problem. I love long hair and was really worried when the hair fall started. A friend suggested I start taking something for my hair. After doing some research I found Biotin is good for hair. I found this one to be the best. Its high potency biotin at a really great price. My hairfall has reduced dramatically and my hair has become a lot stronger and nicer looking. I even got complemented on my hair in the elevator the other day. I was soo happy! This product has really worked for me and I would definitely recommend it.

It’s a good size to get for your money. Works well, I can see the difference daily. Because of health issues, I was drying up everywhere: skin, hair, nails. Now, my skin is moist, my nails don’t crack and bleed anymore, and my hair grows and remains thick and volumeus. This stuff delivers much bang for your buck.

Amazing Results!
When I complained to the Physician’s Assistant about a fingernail that did not grow and kept cracking from the top down the center to the nail bed, she simply said, “Take Biotin.” So I bought this, the highest mcg. amount I could find. The price was very reasonable, and the order arrived promptly. This is my 2nd bottle. The results have been amazing. The fingernail with the worst problem is slowly getting better, it was jammed quite badly, and I can see it slowly healing. All my other fingernails are once again getting thicker and growing faster. I’m so pleased! I hadn’t planned on the excellent change in my hair…I was recovering from a very (very) bad short haircut and all of a sudden my hair started growing like crazy and was more shiny, too. Because Biotin is a B vitamin and therefore water soluble, this mcg amount will do no harm. I take one per day with dinner. Excellent vendor, product and service!

Update Aug 6 2015Oh my God the results big changes. Believe me when I say this because I speak from experience . Hair – You will be shaving legs etc a lot more, if you are plucking hairs from your face maybe once a week that’ll need increased attention as well. Nails – you will also need to file your nails more frequently from once to possibly twice a week. Grew an inch of hair in one month. WOW!! A MIRACLE!!
I purchased a bottle of this about three months ago, not really hoping it would help, as I have tried so many other products. For some time, I have had trouble with my nails. They were soft, chipped, split, broke, peeled, and were generally miserable. They were as thin as tissue paper and grew sooo slowly. I tried nail hardener, “dragon shield” strengtheners, and even took calcium and extra protein – all to no avail. I began taking this biotin and got discouraged after one month. Then my hairdresser reminded me that hair and nails take some time to regrow and repair and it does not happen overnight. She encouraged me to keep taking the biotin. I take 2 capsules a day. And WOW, what a difference! After about 3 months, my nails are thicker, stronger, do not chip, flake, or peel!! I have not worn nail polish for the last few days, just to see what would happen. Again, WOW! Even with heavy housework, they have not broken . My nails have never felt or looked so good. I took this product for my nails, but I think that it is helping my hair growth, too. I can’t say thank you enough for this wonderful product. I am a customer for life!!! I also would say to anyone who has weak nails, to give this product a try for three months and experience a MIRACLE.

Great value
I really believe in biotin to make my hair better (less breakage and grows faster) and my nails grow better. I’ve been taking it around 4 years now. I’m not stuck on any one brand and have used several. I always buy what’s the best value at the time and have been totally satisfied. I highly recommend biotin to anyone who has weak hair or nails. It works wonders!

I’ve been using this brand of Biotin religiously for years. I’m in my early 40’s and on medication that can have a side-effect of hair loss. The Pharmacist told me to take Biotin . I take one every night before bed. I believe it strengthens hair and nails, I feel good knowing I’m giving my hair a fair fight by giving it something extra. My mom used to take the more expensive “hair and nail vitamins” but she stopped and started taking this biotin and she has noticed it works better and saves money. I’ve updated my pics it’s been a few years give or take.
