It’s been 1 month sense taking the Liver Assist and 2 months for the Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) and the pills are easy to swallow quality of the ingredients is good, same for the (LA) milk thistle has been found to help boost the health of your liver and filter out harmful toxins. COMBINATION of the two together seem to be working great for me so far. I have chronic nerve pain so the (ALA) product relieves my pain for maybe part of the day, overall I have seen a change in my energy and being able to move around more through out my day. I will be purchasing more of these products so I can see if it still work for me 6 months to a year down the line that is if the price don’t hike up.
