Helps reduce kidney stones from dehydration
I’ve had 3 kidney stones due to dehydration during daytime hiking plus walking regularly 3 to 7 miles about 4 times a week during the day. I always take about 1 quart of water on those walks with the appropriate dosage of KSP tabs. I’ve been taking the KSP tabs since August 2021, and have had no new kidney stones so far. This product was recommended by my urologist and seems to help!

Fantastic supplement
Dr. Trotter who developed this is my urologist. I had to have a very large kidney stone removed 3yrs ago. It the worst experience of my life! He and his team are amazing and part of my post op involved regularly drinking this 2/3 times a day. They dissolve quickly and are not bad tasting. I have noticed room temp water helps dissolve them faster than cold. Anything that I can do to help prevent another stone, and also help keep kidneys healthy I will do. And these do exactly that!!

Wonderful product
Worked like a charm. All urinary symptoms disappeared in 5 days. Took one tube of tablets and saved the rest for new symptoms. Mixed with flavored carbonated water and added fresh fruit. I was able to give up soda because it was a great substitute. ❤️

Very good for rehydrating and electrolytes after exercise
I take one KSPtab after every run to rehydrate and have for years. The flavor is not bad and they do what they are supposed to do, which is to replace electrolytes that you might have lost during intense exercise.
