berkley jensen Vitamin D3 2,500IU Gummies, 150 ct.These Vitamin D3 gummies are the lazy person’s approach to taking daily vitamins. I prefer taking my supplements in pill form as most gummy versions have too many weird ingredients and sugar. As you can see the first ingredient is tapioca syrup (sugar) and the second is sugar. I will admit, the soft, easy to chew gummy has a pleasant fruity flavor and it quick and easy to take. No cup or water required. I’m just not sold on getting a boatload of sugar along with my D3. I wish manufacturers would take this into consideration when formulating these types of things. I would be willing to pay more for those supplements. As is, these gummies provide D3 in a sweet, albeit high sugar, form that most people will find very palatable.

These taste great!I am not a fan of pills because ever since I was young, I’ve tasted some horrible pills so if I can find the gummy alternative that has a minimal amount of sugar, I’m a fan!These gummies taste great and comes in three flavors: Strawberry, orange, and lemon. My favorite is the lemon but all flavors make it easily digestible because of how delicious they are! At times, I have to stop myself from eating multiple…The daily limit for IU is generally around 4,000. You should be getting most of your daily D3 from the sunlight so if you can adjust the amount you consume from this but generally, get out and get some sunlight even if it is just sitting out at your porch or going out for a short walk!These gummies come in 150 quantity so 50 of each flavor is what I am assuming is what comes in each container.The vitamin gummies use organic sugar as well and supports bone health and structure which can deteriorate over time.It is also made in the USA so you know you are getting a quality product.Berkley Jensen is a private label brand of BJ’s so you know this is a brand you can trust because of how much of their brand loyalty and quality they have to protect as they are such a big company.I love the nice clean ingredients used and how much IU is provided in each gummy. I would take 1 if I am mostly indoors and if I am mostly outdoors, will generally not need to eat a gummy but it is all up to you and your doctors. Some doctors may prescribe for you to take more so adjust as needed.Overall, I am very happy with this product. It tastes great, is delicious, and provides an adequate amount that should last for a year with very clean ingredients overall.

Delicious, organic natural colors
I love gummies because they are easy to get my daily doses of vitamins. This vitamin D gummies are quite tasty, the consistency is pleasant too. Each gummy is 2,500IU and I take two of them every day. Even though I live in Florida, if I don’t supplement, I tend to have low vitamin D levels. The gummies are vegetarian and all the ingredients are organic and natural (colors), so that’s nice. I don’t know if the gummies are tested by a third party to see if they contain what is on the label. The only way to see is when you do your next blood test (mine is too long ahead, so until then, I will keep supplementing). Trusting that they contain the levels on the label, I do enjoy this product a lot, and I have not forgotten to take my gummies since I started it.

Tasty way to get Vitamin D3
This is a plastic twist top bottle of 150 Vitamin D3 2,500 IU gummies, from Berkley Jensen. It arrived fresh and factory sealed. I take Vitamin D3 regularly, so when I saw these gummies from a familiar and trusted brand I thought I’d try them as a more fun way to get my vitamins. This is the store brand from a big chain of warehouse stores, so I’m not sure what it’s doing on Amazon, but sure why not. There are three flavors in this bottle, strawberry, orange, and lemon. They are small size gummies, with a very nice soft texture. They are easy to chew, easy to swallow. The orange is my favorite, but all three flavors are very good. At 2,500 IU, the amount of Vitamin D3 in these gummies is appropriate, and as a popular brand I know the quality is good. At the current price of $9.99 for the bottle of 150 gummies, I think these are a good value.

Good Gummies!
Let’s be honest. It’s kind of hard to tell whether a vitamin is really doing what it should until you go to the doctor and get lab results. Sure, you could feel a little off if it’s not doing right. No trouble with these so far. I feel absolutely fine. As an added bonus, these soft little gummies appear packed with about twice the vitamin D I get in my normal supplements, so I only have to take them roughly every other day to get the same amount. The fruit flavors are pleasant, and they are not overly sweet. Perfect for me.

A tasty way to ensure you have sufficient vitamin D
I thought these vitamin D3 gummies were great! You get a package of 150 gummies. The serving size is 1 gummy from 2,500IU of vitamin D, so you get 150 servings in the package. Now, since I live in the north and don’t get a ton of sun exposure, even in the summer, I typically go much higher on the IU when I take vitamin D. Usually 5,000 is my minimum, so for me, this bottle will be more like 75 servings (or less), since I’m probably going to be taking at least 2 a day (if not more) instead of 1. If you get vitamin D from other sources or get more sun exposure, you could be fine at one serving, but most people are vitamin D deficient and would require more than 2,500 IU to get back to an appropriate level.The gummies themselves taste great. They have a pretty generic fruity taste to them that makes them enjoyable to eat, and they have a good gummy texture to them – not too soft, but not hard/stale either. Nothing that will get stuck in your teeth. The price point for the bottle is honestly pretty decent for what you get. It’s more expensive than generic vitamin D pills would be, but the big upside of these gummies is that they’re easier to take than pills and you won’t need to eat food with them like you would with pills either. They’re a tasty and convenient way to keep up your vitamin D levels.

This arrived in good condition, with all the appropriate seals in place. This is a solid amount of D3 in a tiny gummy. I like taking my supplements in gummy form, because it’s something I can look forward to. I have several supplements I take this way, and I take them all at once which also serves as a satisfying snack between breakfast and lunch. These are tasty and sweet, and on the soft side for gummies. I like that they don’t stick to my dental work as I’ve had issues with gummies pulling off crowns in the past. These are easy and enjoyable to take and deliver a lot of D3 in a single gummy.
