Perfect for pcos
I’ve been taking berberine as a hormone balancing supplement since I was diagnosed with pcos, this ones works just as well as many of the other capsules I’ve tried and is much more affordable, definitely will be buying again. My one issue with it is that alone it taste almost nauseatingly sweet, but I just add it to my cup of water in the morning and it’s much easier to handle, it does kinda taste like pineapple (??) as well
