Promising so far
I started slow, initially planned to take one per meal per day. However the first two weeks I had one every 3 days then went to one every 2 days, just because I was forgetting to take daily but still wanting to be consistent. Started in December.. I’m eating cookies, fudge… All the stuff that packs on the pounds. Somehow I lost 3 pounds over that time, I definitely shouldn’t have. This is the only reason I could have lost anything. No stomach distress likely because I started so slow, I will continue slow and increase slow, back off on my calories and see what happens. I’m encouraged and look forward to more progress.

Convenient All-in-One Supplement for Fasting and Wellness
I’ve been giving supplement a try, along with another brand of Berberine, and so far I’m pretty happy with it. I’m all about keeping things simple and effective when it comes to supplements, and this one checks a lot of the boxes for me. With all the extra ingredients like turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger, it feels like I’m getting a bit of everything in one capsule, even though it could all be in my head. I do “feel” better, though. Plus, it fits right into my routine. I take the full dose in the morning, and it does a great job helping me stick to my intermittent fasting. No cravings, no random hunger pangs, just smooth sailing until late afternoon.Another thing I’ve noticed is how easy it is on my stomach. Some supplements can be hit or miss in that department, at least for me, but I haven’t had any issues with it. And since I’m pretty conscious of what goes into my body, I also like knowing it’s been tested for purity and is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian-friendly. It’s nice to have a supplement that combines so many benefits in one bottle, especially when you don’t want to spend your mornings taking 20 pills. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something that does a bit of everything.

Seems To Be A Good Supplement
All the things I look for in a safe product are provided in this supplement. It has been third party tested, FDA facility, non GMO and gluten free. The combination of ingredients I feel are beneficial to my health. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no ill effects. However, it is hard for me to say if it has made a difference in my health, but I have not been taking this product very long.

What A Pleasant Surprise!
I’ve heard about the health benefits of ginger, turmeric, and pepper for years, and they are a daily part of my nutritional regimen along with ACV. Recently I’ve heard about this product called “Berberine”, and it seemed like a good time to finally try it out.This product contains Berberine, Turmeric, Royal Jelly, Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginger, and Black Pepper. I have heard of health benefits from Ginkgo Biloba and cinnamon, and royal jelly is showing up in all kinds of “nutraceuticals”. There is a “health benefit” that you can find on the internet for each of these individually, so one would conclude that together they are even better. I’m finding that to be the case. I visited Mercola.com, and webmd.com and both sites detail health benefits from each of the individual ingredients.I started taking these as directed, 3 a day, with food. I found at the 2 weeks point that I feel great, but have also noticed being less hungry. It’s not a caffeine thing. Not speedy or tight. Just not hungry and filled up faster when I did eat. I’ve not noticed any weight loss, but expect if this continues there will be a gradual but regular drop.If the positive effects continue, I could see making this a part of my regular regimen. So far I’m very pleased.
