So I’m not really understanding the hype to these at all. These are claiming that they’re going to be a metabolism and craving support, I don’t think I get really any of that from it. So far. I’ve used a total of eight of them, I have used them daily and I just I don’t notice anything different in my appetite level. I see that the picture on the front of this package shows it being a pink sticker. I really wish it was pink instead of white, I feel like the white is very in your face like look at me. I have something on my arm. I could put it in a more hidden location but this is just where I feel most comfortable to use and also remove. I one time put it on the inside of my upper arm and when I took it off it left a irritated mark on my skin for a couple hours. Overall I don’t notice any type of difference but these and they’re very in your face showing that you are wearing them. So people are questioning what they are and why you are wearing them. And I’m just not a fan. Not something I would buy again.

I started taking berberine a little over a year ago when I did research on it for my own sake. I decided it was a supplement that I wanted to add to my regime, when I saw it can help support healthy sugar metabolism and manage the appetite, amongst several other factors. But this berberine patch was something I hadn’t seen before! The patch is loaded with berberine, cinnamon, pomegranate, nearly all the B vitamins, L-Glutamine, and chromium, another component used to help manage appetite. These are easy to use and a great value for the money. They’re super thin, and you clean the skin where there’s as little hair as possible, apply the psych, try to keep it on for 8 hrs to get the maximum absorption, and repeat the following day. There are 30 patches per pkg. it does say not to apply any creams or lotions where you’re applying the patch. I found it to be just as effective as the capsules or softgels! My appetite was maintained, the feeling of being full lasted all day for me, and I did not have any negative side effects!! There was no reaction on my skin at the site of application and I did change the site daily, so as not to continue to wear the patch in the same spot everyday. For those who’re familiar with berberine and want its benefits in an all day lasting paycheck, I’d recommend this to you!! As always, if you’re unfamiliar with a supplement or considering starting a new one, always talk to your healthcare provider before starting anything new.

Can’t Tell if it Works or Not
I don’t know whether the effects of this are just too subtle and I’m unable to sense the difference? Am I supposed to feel a reduction in appetite? Combining these with cutting out items that contain sugar, and trying to stop late night snacking, I seem able to do that. Is it due to the patch, placebo effect, or simply the act of trying? I don’t know? I’m on patch number 4 and I can’t really tell the difference. I’ll keep trying it to see if it has a noticeable effect.The other supposed benefit of having more energy doesn’t seem to be the case either. I seem to be about the same as before. This may work for you but I’m just not sure. It seems like a quality product and patches stay on an come off easily without any fuss.
