Yummy Way to Take Berberine and Other Beneficial Ingredients
I have a sweet tooth, and these gummies let me satisfy that while also getting berberine and other beneficial ingredients I want to incorporate with it, like Ceylon cinnamon, ACV, black pepper, and turmeric. All the ingredients look beneficial, and while I’m no expert, they seem to be in the recommended amounts. I like that the sweetener is monk fruit. I’m sensitive to a lot of sweeteners, especially Sucralose, but I do not have any issues with monk fruit. These gummies are not sticky, and I like that they are not coated in sugar. They are firm and chewy and taste like melon fruit punch to me. They seem to be effective, and I feel good taking them. They are easy to take. Just pop two in my mouth and enjoy.

Did nothing for cravings & energy, and taste was kinda mid.
For nearly a dollar a day, I guess I’d expect more. These did NOTHING for apetite, and I do mean nothing. If anything, the sugary taste made me want to eat more right after eating one of these. They also did nothing for energy. Skipping even a single small cup of coffee on my daily 3 cups, and I knew immedately, when trying to use these. As for the taste….kinda like…diet gummy bears? Ingredients look clean, and they’re easy to eat, but…I’m not sure these actually do anything more than a gummy bear would, at least for me. Except cost ten times more than gummy bears, making them a terrible value, in my case.

Two of these little organic gummies manufactured by Moogu are not only packed with great-tasting flavor, but also contain a fantastic combination of holistic ingredients for digestive and metabolic support. Besides the berberine (which is the reason I wanted to try these), these gummies contain Turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger root, apple cider vinegar and they are sweetened with monk fruit. They are individually wrapped so they don’t clump together in the bottle. The texture is like a gum drop. They are not gritty, and have zero bad aftertaste.I normally cannot take any supplements with turmeric as they immediately give me heartburn. These do not. So, I am beyond pleased that I can get some turmeric in my diet without distress. They seem potent enough. So far for me they have been helping with sugar cravings and give me a bit of an energy boost.The pouch contains a 45 day supply if you take two a day. They are reasonably priced and a good value when you factor in their excellent quality combined with the convenience of being an all in one supplement.

Great combo, mystery fruit taste
These gummies are great for taking on the go. It’s normally hard to take gummies with you for lunchtime or during work hours without taking a whole bottle. These are individually wrapped and can be thrown in your pocket or purse. Having said that, they are a bit less convenient than a bottle at home since you have to tear two open to take a dose. Although they aren’t all stuck together in a big blob either. The front of the bag says watermelon but I wouldn’t describe the taste as watermelon. I would say it’s more an unidentifiable fruit taste. Maybe like watermelon and apple? It’s pleasant enough, but not so tasty I will be wanting to take an extra one. Which I shouldn’t anyway so maybe that’s a plus. Like other berberine gummies I have taken before this contains a lot of the usual things that come with it like cinnamon, and chromium. But, I like that they also included apple cider vinegar and turmeric. Additionally, I am glad to see them using monk fruit as the sweetener.
