I have gotten this same kind of Berberine/Ceylon Cinnamon before and it is one of the brands that seemed to work the best for my high blood sugar, which may not work the same for everybody, but it seemed to work for me so that is why I ordered it again.

Wow, this stuff works. It says to take 30 minutes before a meal but I find it’s helpful after a meal to keep me full until my next meal it makes you feel full like you just ate, but it’s been hours. I have this on my subscription and I use it every month and it helps me to reach my goal weight.

Very low levels of all ingredients . Normal Berberine caps i buy are 500 mg. I take 3 a day. These caps only have 200 mg and less of other ingredients. I’d have to take7 0r 8 of these to get the same prescribed dose.GREAT combination of ingredients, though. Too bad the capsules dont have a more effective strength!
