amazing for me the most effective supplement
this is a really amazing berberine supplement for me….I’m using it and it improves my blood sugar levels but I also I’m ill currently and noticed it also helped my breathing and with extreme fatigue in a big way after only 1 pill which is the dose size on the bottle…..seems very bioavailable for me bc this only took less than 5 minutes for me to feel these effects….I like berberine and use it really often as well as other vitamins but was not expecting to get such extreme results especially when nothing else was lifting the heavy fatigue. the ease of swallow is normal….the vitamin itself is very pure and high quality I would definitely repurchase this berberine blend probably the best I’ve tried….especially for the price and 180 actual servings in one bottle best price and quality …..recommend and hope you love it as much as I do…..

These liposomal berberine capsules are clean easy to swallow vegetable capsules. This bottle is a great value – at the recommended dose of one capsule a day taken with food, this is a 6-month supply. Good herbal scent, no taste, no side effects – easy to take.I take these to help regulate my blood sugar levels, etc. and am now replacing the berberine supplement that I was previously taking with these, because for the same dosage of berberine, this one is liposomal which is an improvement for better absorption, and also has other synergistic ingredients like ceylon cinnamon, bitter melon, gymnema, etc. All of these improvements at a much better price makes this a no-brainer for me. I’ve taken other supplements by this brand with good results too. Have just made this part of my daily “stack”.

I’ve tried berberine before and was excited this is a liposomal form, which enhances absorption. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have any off tastes. They seem to help with appetite, but are mild in that regard. I experienced some increased energy, but didn’t really notice any weight loss.The brand claims to be lab verified, but there’s no statement about where they’re manufactured or if from an accredited facility, which gives me pause.Overall, they seem to work and you get a 6 month supply for less than $20, which is really hard to beat. I’d consider re-upping my supply once done, but I’d likely do more research into the brand/source first.

One capsule contains 600 mg berberine, but the higher absorption rate means you are getting more berberine than a standard 600 mg dosage, so in this case the lower dosage is okay. Add to it the cinnamon, bitter melon, turmeric, ginger, milk thistle, ACV, plus all the rest, and you have a powerhouse of nutrients in one capsule. There is a spicy smell when you open the bottle, but there’s no taste or aftertaste. It’s a small, easy to swallow capsule, and a bottle of 180 can last you up to six months. For $27.99 (August, 2025) that’s a great value.

I take berberine for many benefits and have for years and years so I guess that it is my fault for not reading the label closer. I like most of what is in this with the berberine as they seem to be aligned with what I take berberine for. I figure that the more benefit the better in one supplement and it gives me a chance to experience some of the other ingredients that I have not had a chance to evaluate. What I did not like on the list once I looked it over better is that some of the added stuff are natural blood thinners and I don’t really like to take that type of thing. I did try it anyway, and noticed that it had a bitter tasted when taken, and that it did not settle well with my stomach…so I will not be taking this again. This is only me and may not affect you the same.
