Works well! Helps within hours without causing any pain or stomachaches. I would definitely recommend starting with one capsule before doing the full dose of two to make sure it works well with your digestive system. The capsules are as large as some of my other supplements and are relatively easy to swallow with a glass of water. They have no taste.

Expiration date covered
The biggest no thank you is that the sticker is OVER the expiration date. That is unsafe as I have no clue if I am consuming in date pills. Aside from that, the smell of the pills is strong, but not overpowering. It wouldn’t have deterred me from taking them. I did not consume as I did not feel safe doing so. I understand quickly tagging something, but consideration should go into where it is labeled. As for quantity – it was a lot for the price. I would have liked to try them and seen how they work.
