I’ve always been about collagen and topical ointments but I’ve learned that taking the supplement is better for you in the long run. here were my concerns. The benefits come from consistent use. I started seeing results after 8–12 weeks. If you can, pair collagen with vitamin C, which boosts your body’s own collagen. Unlike topical treatments, which I’ve done in the past, collagen supplement works from within, addressing the root cause (no pun intended) of hair loss, dry skin, and nasty nails.

I started taking these vitamins when I noticed I started losing handfuls of hair in the showe. Since starting these less than a month ago has already grown my hair an inch longer than it was. I measured strands from my bangs alone and that’s where I noticed the growth first along with baby hairs growing in areas that were once seeming to be thinned out and to my surprise I was correct in the fact that I was thinning out. I have poor diet habits as in I eat once a day, drink a ton of caffeine and you’d never know that I can eat anything in the world and still not gain any weight. I eat a ton of protein and healthy fats along with fruits and veggies so I do get some vitamins for hair, skin and nails but not enough to promote growth of new hair and nails to be stronger and harder than they were before. If you are trying to grow your hair, have longer, stronger nails, or clearer skin I highly suggest these vitamins for you!

My skin does seem a little better
I’ve been using this for a while now, and overall I’ve had a positive experience with it. It’s easy to take, and I like having it as part of my daily routine for hair, skin, and nails. I can’t point to anything dramatic, but after some consistent use, my skin does seem a little better overall, and it feels like a decent basic collagen supplement.

Great for hair and nails
This is all natural fish collagen with amazing results. I have been using it for over 2 weeks and notice a difference in my skin, hair and face. My hair is thicker and not falling out like before. This product is great, high quality and very affordable. Great collagen supplement
I take collagen every day in pill form because of how important it is to replace as you get older, and all of the benefits to strengthen hair and nails, but with most of the collagen supplements out there you have to take four to six large pills, which is a pain. These collagen supplements are so nice because you’re pretty much getting the same amount but you only have to take two and the pills seems to be a little bit smaller. One thing I really like about these is in inclusion of resveratrol, another really important supplement for many reasons. These are really good collagen supplements and I highly recommend!

Easy to Take and a Nice Addition to a Routine
Picked this up for my girlfriend and she’s been happy with it so far. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any strong taste or smell. She liked that it’s focused on hair, skin, and nails support and made with natural ingredients.

This beauty supplement helps support skin, nails, and hair. This one contains 20,000 mcg of biotin, plus 1000 mg of fish collagen and 500 mg of resveratrol in each serving size of two capsules. The capsules are average sized, have no funky odors, and there are 30 servings in my bottle. This is a great support as I find it helps me age gracefully, and I do see a difference. The manufacturer lists all their contact information, and their website shows that they have been in business since 2014, and there is a lot of information about their company and products on their site. I consider this supplement fairly priced and I would recommend this brand.
