Cause stomach pains

This Glow Girl Beef Supplement is made from grass fed beef that is free range. That means I don’t have to worry about antibiotics or nutrient levels being low. I am happy they use beef from happy cows. Those organs will be better for me to intake as they will be more bio available. I need my cycle to be more regular and this can help me do that. I also mliek that I am able to use this without needing any vitamin C wich will make this more bio available to my body for absorption. Each person is different dwhen it comes to their unique internal response to a supplement but I was happy that I found a product that can help me stay regular and maintain good feminine health. This is in a veg cap so there is no yucky flavor or aftertaste and this can help with energy levels for women who feel sluggish. This has been very popular on social media and now I am happy I also got to try this too!

Modest skin ‘glow’
For sure helps with skin softness, ‘glow’ and moisture. Fresh and easy to take, but there should be a refill only option.
This Glow Girl supplement contains a variety of beef organs as well as 140% DV of Vitamin C. Per the label, the serving size is 3 vegetable capsules, which works out to 60 servings in the 180ct. But then you also have the guide explaining how to adjust the dosage at different stages in the menstrual cycle, which if my math is right works out to 81 capsules per 28 day cycle. I’ve never had a predictable or regular cycle, so I’ve just stuck with 3 a day. Either way, this is about a two month’s supply.Although I haven’t been taking this supplement long enough to have noticed significant changes in my cycle or general health, I am convinced that it does contain genuine beef product. The capsules have a distinct smell to them that you can kind of recognize if you’ve spent some time around the cattle industry. It’s both slightly off-putting and also reassuringly (?) fresh. Fortunately it’s not overpowering, though, and the capsules are easy to swallow and have not resulted in any stomach upset or other noticeable side effects. It’s just been easy to make them part of my routine.I am open to repurchasing this supplement should I experience significant long-term benefits from taking it. I think the quality is generally good (as previously stated, the capsules smell very fresh), the quantity (in mg) of beef organs per serving are higher than several other supplements I looked at, and the price seems competitive overall. However, while I did like the extras that were included — a pill case (actually pretty useful and sturdy) and pom pom keychain (cute) — at the moment there doesn’t currently seem to be an option to forgo those for future purchases. I find that annoying due to the additional waste that would create, and since it likely adds to the total cost of the supplement. A no-frills refill option would be very welcome.

Beef organ supplement
I ordered these after seeing them all over popular social media. I had read that beef organs were very good for women and wanted to try this supplement. I took these for about a week and everytime I took them, I got very sick to my stomach. I felt nauseous about 20-25 minutes after taking these pills and never felt myEnergy level pick up or even feel any better. They don’t really have a smell and maybe they would work better for someone younger but for me, 50 and menopausal, these pills did absolutely nothing.

Steady Luteal‑Phase Energy AND Less Daily Hair Loss
NOTE: I tested these for a full 28 day cycle so I could provide a more thorough and accurate review about their effectiveness.I’ve been seeing a lot of hype around beef organ supplements on social media recently and I was super excited to try Glow Girl’s version. I started implementing iron supplements into my routine a couple of years ago and they made a big difference in my energy levels. Knowing that food-based supplements are more bioavailable, and that iron itself is more bioavailable when paired with Vitamin C, I had high hopes that these would be an upgrade from my regular old supplements. These ended up exceeding my expectations in a couple of ways:1. These helped to stabilize my energy levels especially during the luteal phase of my menstrual cycle, when I’m usually feeling more sluggish and tired throughout the day. It’s not like a caffeine boost or anything, just a steady overall increase in energy. I think this is due to the fact that you’re changing the dosage depending on which stage of your cycle you’re in. Customizing the dosage to your body’s rhythm seems to make a big difference. I also appreciate that they include an easy-to-follow chart for suggested doses for each cycle phase – incredibly helpful addition.2. The big shocker – and the aspect that pushed this supplement into 5-star territory – was the noticeable difference these have made in reducing the hair loss I’ve been experiencing since entering perimenopause. While showering and brushing my hair, I’ve been losing a much higher amount of hair than what’s considered normal, and while I haven’t yet noticed any visibly thinned spots, I could feel that my hair was getting thinner when I gather it into a ponytail. Literally one week after I started taking the Glow Girl organ supplements, I noticed a dramatic reduction in the amount of hair I was losing on a daily basis. I was not expecting that at all, although after doing some research, preventing hair loss is a benefit that beef organ supplements claim to have. While it’s still too soon to tell whether these are helping me grow new hair, it’s greatly reduced the amount of hair lost. For that alone (and because the are a good value for the number of capsules you get) I plan to continue using Glow Girl.Other observations: I did not experience any stomach discomfort and I also noticed an improvement in my skin, specifically reduced hormonal acne before my period.
