Instead of just beef liver, it includes a blend of grass-fed liver, heart, kidney, spleen, ovary, uterus, and fallopian tube, along with magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, vitamin B6, and methyl B12. It’s clearly aimed at women looking for an organ-based wellness supplement.One thing I appreciate is that it’s delivered as sugar-free gummies rather than capsules, making it much easier to take for anyone who dislikes swallowing pills. The gummies have a pleasant berry flavor and, importantly, don’t have the strong organ taste you might expect.That said, it’s worth noting that while organ meats are nutrient-dense foods, many of the claims surrounding glandular supplements and “hormone balance” are not well established by clinical evidence. I view this more as a nutrient supplement than a product with proven hormone-support benefits.The ingredient list is clean, it’s third-party lab tested, and the two-pack provides a good value. If you’re specifically looking for an organ-based supplement in gummy form, this is a convenient option. Good Formula, But Ashwagandha Doesn’t Work for Me
I was impressed with how easy these beef organ gummies were to take compared with traditional organ supplements. They have been easy for me to digest, and I didn’t experience any stomach discomfort while taking them. I also liked the overall ingredient profile and felt like they provided a nice boost in energy and general well being. I was particularly interested in the potential skin benefits, and I did notice my skin seemed to look healthier while taking them.My biggest issue is that they contain ashwagandha. I personally know that ashwagandha causes me to break out, and it is especially problematic for me because I am prone to hormonal acne. I really wish health supplements would stop adding ashwagandha to so many formulas when it isn’t necessary for the main purpose of the supplement. Because it causes breakouts for me, I won’t be continuing to take these despite liking everything else about the formula.For someone who tolerates ashwagandha well, I think these are a convenient and easy way to add beef organ ingredients to a daily routine.

Well… That Is Certainly One Way to Eat Beef Organs!!
I have to admit, this was probably one of the more unusual supplements I have ever tried. I have seen beef liver supplements before, but this one decided that liver alone simply wasn’t enough. It contains grass fed beef liver, heart, kidney, spleen, uterus, ovary and fallopian tube, along with magnesium. That is quite an ingredient list!The interesting part is that it comes in gummy form. I have to give the manufacturer credit for that because the thought of sitting down with a plate of organ meats every morning isn’t exactly what I had in mind for my supplement routine. At least this way I don’t have to explain to anybody why I am eating liver, kidney and spleen before breakfast.I also like that the product is sugar free and made from grass fed beef organs. The gummy format makes it considerably easier to incorporate into a daily routine than dealing with actual organ meats or swallowing a pile of capsules.As far as the claimed benefits for energy, cortisol and hormone balance, I am keeping my expectations reasonable. Those are pretty broad claims, and I don’t think anyone should expect a gummy to magically straighten out every hormone in the body. What I do find interesting is the nutritional approach of using several different organs rather than relying on just one.The biggest question for me was always going to be taste. Organ supplements have a reputation for being…well…organ tasting. Thankfully, the gummy format makes the experience considerably more approachable. I am not going to pretend I suddenly developed a craving for beef liver, but this is certainly easier to take than the real thing.And with two bottles included, there is enough here to give it a legitimate trial rather than making a judgment after a couple of days.This is definitely one of the more unusual supplements I have come across, but I actually appreciate the creativity behind it. Grass fed beef liver, heart, kidney, spleen and several female specific organs in a sugar free gummy is certainly not something you see every day. Interesting ingredients, good flavor
This was an interesting choice for gummies (Beef Organ Supplement for Women – Grass Fed Beef Liver Gummies with Grass-Fed Liver, Heart, Kidney, Spleen, Uterus, Ovary, Fallopian Tube, Magnesium for Energy, Cortisol & Hormone Balance – Sugar Free, 2Pcs) but I was curious about it so I got a bottle. The taste is sweet but not overly. The chew is a softer chew and seem to dissolve easily when chewed. I don’t detect any odd organ taste, I think they did a good job masking those things or it doesn’t have a lot of them in each gummy. It just tastes like any other berry flavor gummy to me. They do stick together in the container but are easy to pull apart. I buy this brand of gummies a lot in various formulas. I didn’t experience any stomach issues with these. I also can’t tell whether I notice any benefits from taking these, I’ve been taking 1 a day (2 is the recommended dose) for a few weeks now but I also take other gummies too. I like that it’s a 2pk since it’s pricey to me and I appreciate it is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit.

Ok, I was nervous about these gummies, I was expecting the smell and taste of my powder organ meats supplements but nope, they are just like any other delicious berry gummies. The ingredients are amazing! All clean and no allergens, no gluten, no dairy, no artificial colors or flavors, no yeast, no wheat, no eggs, no soy. Its a great product! I’ve been taking organ meats capsules and powders and it has helped me so much but I won’t deny it has been challenging for me because of the smell and aftertaste. But this delivery system is so much better with these gummies. This is the best! No stomach upset, no weird burps, no smells or tastes I don’t like. Just the goodness of the organ meats. Tastes good and easy to chew.
These gummies taste great, I like that they are sugar free but are still sweet. The magnesium benefits in these are good but I feel like the organ aspect of them could be more, there isn’t enough in the dosage to make much difference as far as health benefits or hormonal support. These are soft but kind of sticky so they probably should be stored in a cool area. They are easy to chew and dissolve quickly in your mouth. The lid is really hard to get back on once it’s opened.Overall, I’m pleased with the taste and texture, just not the ingredients within the dosing.
