Quality Liver and Cartilage Supplement
This liver and cartilage supplement is made of grass fed bovine in a freeze dried, whole food method. It’s 3 capsules per serving. The capsules are on the larger size. Though they’re large, the capsules are easy to swallow. They don’t have a strong smell or taste. They don’t upset my stomach. Since I can’t eat liver, taking these capsules have helped. My energy levels have improved. They are on the pricey side, but they are worth it.

Being as how it’s the one change I made and still feel like most of the aches in some joints have eased up and subsided I’ll attribute it to taking these pills. Effective?
