I had been taking creatine gummies but realized I was also drinking electrolyte beverages. These Bcuelov powder sticks are the best of both worlds. They contain 5g of creatine plus electrolytes. The serving size is one stick of powder to a 16.9 oz bottle of water. The taste is nice and mild lemon/lime. A lot of times these powder sticks can be too strong but this one is nice and subtle. The powder mixes easily into the water and there aren’t any clumps on the bottom. You receive 30 sticks per package so the price is good for what you receive. I think this is a great way to get creatine and electrolytes into my diet.

convenient way to take creatine
The Bcuelov Creatine + Electrolytes Powder Sticks are convenient because I can just grab a stick instead of measuring powder out of a container. The lemon-lime flavor mixes easily with water and has a fairly light taste. I also like having the electrolytes included when I’m working out. Not only that, there have been a lot of articles that are saying that creatine is good for older folks regardless of if they work out.The individual packets are easy to keep in a gym bag or take when traveling, and the packaging feels well sealed. With 30 servings in the box, there’s a good amount for the price range, and the quality seems solid.

I was traveling to Vegas for a week long conference, and I wanted an easy way to have creatine and get some electrolytes with all the walking I knew I’d be doing.I averaged about 25,000 steps a day that week, and while most of that was indoors, this was a great thing to bring with. I shared some of these with coworkers, and got great feedback from multiple people.They taste good, they dissolve easily, and they help get me some electrolytes back into my body every day in addition to helping me get 5g of creatine.The packaging does state that it’s from LOT:YHT07022 (Made in July 22, 2026?) and EXP:07/22/2028, so it seems to have a two or three year shelf life depending on when it was made.What I don’t like is that the packaging does not state how many calories this has. But it does list the main ingredients are under Supplement Facts with “Other Ingredients” showing you what else is in each packet.Portable, tasty, and seems like a good product. I do wish it would state the calories, or lack thereof, but otherwise, this seems like a great product, and I’m giving it full marks.

I like the combination of creatine and electrolytes in these lemon-lime sticks, and the flavor tastes good to me. Each stick provides 5 g of creatine monohydrate, which is the amount I like for my daily creatine intake, along with 500 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium, 50 mg magnesium, 230 mg chloride, and 1 g taurine. The other ingredients are sea salt, citric acid, malic acid, natural flavoring, and Reb-M 95%.I usually mix a stick into a water bottle or protein shake. Sometimes I split one stick between a few water bottles that I drink throughout the day. I especially like having the electrolytes along with my creatine during hot Florida weather and intense exercise, when staying hydrated is important for keeping my energy and strength up. The individual sticks also make it easy for me to use the same 5 g daily amount without measuring powder. The package contains 30 sticks. I included photos of the product and Supplement Facts for reference.

I used my handheld frother to mix it, and it blended really well with no issues. I also appreciate that it contains magnesium and potassium, along with other vitamins and minerals that can help replenish nutrients after exercise and workouts.The product does not state that it is made in the USA, although it appears to be formulated in the USA. Overall, I really like the convenience, flavor, and combination of ingredients. I like the convenience of these creatine and electrolyte powder sticks, especially for taking to the gym. Each stick provides 5g of creatine along with electrolytes and taurine, so I don’t have to measure out separate supplements before a workout. The packets have a tear tab that makes them easy to open quickly and cleanly without needing scissors.The flavor was not terrible, but it wasn’t quite the lemon-lime flavor I was expecting. It tasted noticeably sweet and had a slight chemically aftertaste that may be from the creatine. It’s drinkable, but the flavor isn’t my favorite. I would prefer a more natural-tasting lemon-lime flavor.I did feel hydrated during my workouts, and I felt like it helped keep me going. The individual stick packs are convenient and easy to toss into a gym bag without having to carry around a larger container of powder.With 30 individual sticks for a little over $30, I think the overall value is good, especially considering the convenience of having a pre-measured serving ready to go. As I’ve been working out over the past year and moving away from weight loss and trying to put on some lean muscle, I’ve been trying to find way to introduce creatine into my diet, but don’t like shakes. These are great, they give me a dose of creatine while also helping fill back in some of my electrolytes I lost working out. I love that it comes in the little packs that are easy to throw into my gym bag and empty into a bottle of water. The taste isn’t bad, a nice lemon-lime flavor. I feel like they really help me get those extra few reps in. I will be buying more of these.
