Easy to swallow capsules for a pick me up and ease of nerve pain
* as with any supplement always check with your medical provider before using *After cancer I have phantom nerve pain, like my tooth will hurt, but there is no cavity, my neck is stiff etc.These *seem* to help, but pain is a personal thing so it may affect you differently.The pill size is easy to swallow and that’s great. I did notice a pick me up and a boost in general energy probably from the B6 and B12.I like them, but for effectiveness, your feeling will be different, hopefully better!I still get nerve pain, it isn’t as bad, but it isn’t better if that makes any sense, it is a little less in time time though (doesn’t last as long)
