Honestly, it’s hard to review supplements. But I will say this: my wife has vitamin absorption issues and seems to be taking these just fine.We’ve tried other brands, and they all work about the same. The gels are easily broken down, giving the vitamins a chance to absorb.For the money, price shop and compare. These work, but so do other brands.Would I buy these again? Sure. Why? Because they seem to be working, as said.They don’t smell weird and taste like other vitamin D pills.

These vitamin d soft gels come securely packaged and with a clear expiration date that is over a year in the future. This is the form factor that I expect for vitamin d pills and the ingredients show quality ingredients. They look and feel fresh and have no taste or odd smell. These are easy to swallow and pick up. They are pretty reasonably priced but there are definitely much cheaper options so I gave this four stars just for the value.
