    Good Product

    well, i bought this product from Amazon based on another review i saw on another websitethis is the first time i buy Shilajit, it has a bad odor, sometimes i felt i wanna vomit from its smell but once swallowed you don’t feel any upset. you will get used to it with time.if you dont want to smell the bad odor, i think you should go for another company that makes it capsules instead of tablets. coz this is compressed tabletsi had bad side effects and was extremely fatigued but this product improved my overall health 30-40% boosting in energy..you just have to give it some time minimum 20 days.stay away from masturbation. coz it will drag the energy this product gives you.Update:After going to Gilgit myself, and that is a city near the Himalayas where they get Shilajit from, I can say that this is fake Shilajit here, and its taste and shape is nothing like Original Shilajit, The shape and color and effect of Original Shilajit is completely different from this product.This product bad smell is probably due to using cow urine in India to extract Shilajit, because most of them use cow urine! you can google that yourself

    I take this with my grass-fed beef organs to increase uptake of all minerals + CoQ10. I have a wheat allergy and may be Celiac…which translates to, I don’t uptake nutrients all that well. From all my research (I’m no doctor), Shilajit increases nutrient uptake in the gut. What I can say is, the white spots on my nails are gone, the ridges on my nails are smoothing out, my hair is shiny and getting thicker. I feel better. All of this is anecdotal, but I can tell a difference when I don’t take Shilajit. Also, Banyan Botanicals is my trusted resource for herbs and has been for 15 years.

    This is the second bottle that i have purchased . It seems to have helped me with various digestion and gut issues. I read somewhere that Shilajit reacts with chlorine so should not be taken with tap water. Also start with 1 tablet and see how your body reacts. This form of Shilajit with rice flour as a carrier seems to work for me Amazon declined my earlier review which was perhaps too glowing or too detailed.
