Nice little treats and they may actually improve your memory and mental focus.
These are pleasant tasting gummies and may even improve mental functioning. They contain Vitamins B6 and B12 in addition to folate, COQ10 and citicoline. The last one in particular has been shown to have some effect in improving memory and focus. In the first two weeks of taking these I have felt like my memory is better than it has been for some time.

Seems like there may be mental focus
I’ve been trying this product for a little over a week now and here’s my thoughts based on that time periodThe Taste- Tastes very similar to pink lemonade flavored anything. Not my favorite flavor, but it certainly isn’t offensive and the jelly texture is very similar to regular chewy vitamins.The Effects- I can’t say with certainty that it is working, but I do feel like there is some level of help it’s provided me with mental clarity and focus. It could very well be placebo effect, but when working I find it easier to focus on my work (which can be very detail oriented) without feeling a shakiness or nervousness that caffeine can bring on. I’m curious to continue taking it and see if the effects improve even more with continual use, but even after my first ‘dose’ I thought I could feel improvement.Any side effects- I have not experienced any notable side effects at all. I haven’t had any stomach issues (which caffeine can induce sometimes) and no shakiness or stress that caffeine also can trigger.I can’t guarantee it isn’t just placebo effect, but I believe there is an overall improvement to my mental clarity and ability to focus while taking this. If you’ve been interested, I think it’s worth trying. It’s about $30/month, so $1/day which is fairly standard pricing for aesthetic vitamins and supplements. I imagine there are alternatives available for a better price, which I may end up looking into, but at least this supply is promising.

These ‘Balancing Act – Slay the Day’ gummies are awesome and taste great, providing a nice blend of cognizine citicoline, CoQ10, folate and basic B-vitamins.The bottle I received was very fresh, the gummies inside soft and easy to chew, and I honestly think they’re helping, especially right after I take them in the morning. Basically, they’re supposed to help energy levels, metabolism, and aid in mental focus.I find I do wish the bottle was larger, and I have to say that it’s a little on the pricey side for a 30 day supply. It’s difficult to assess the longer-term benefits after only four weeks of use. I should also note that I had some difficulty opening the childproof cap on the bottle the first time because it just didn’t want to release. That said, if you have kids around, absolutely keep this out of their reach because the little gummies really are that tasty.In general though, I think this product is a good way to get these kinds of essential nutrients and support supplements. So, mostly a thumbs up for this one.
