Fine, but some pause over how ingredients are listed
These pills are on the larger side, though not too difficult to swallow. The serving size is three capsules, so with 90 capsules in the bottle, it won’t quite last you through a full month. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re using these regularly.One thing that gave me pause was how the ingredients are listed on the bottle—they’re written in a way that seems a bit off, which made me question the “Made in the USA” claim. It could just be poor copy editing, but it does leave a bit of doubt. I typically stick to supplements made in the EU or USA, so I’m a little wary of this one.As far as how effective they are, I can’t really comment since I’m not a doctor or scientist. I haven’t noticed any significant changes since taking them, but it’s hard to say after a short period of use. They aren’t terrible, but there’s nothing that makes them stand out either. If you’re looking for something basic and don’t mind the somewhat confusing labeling, these could be fine for you.Overall, they’re an okay supplement, but there are probably better, more transparent options available. WEIRD labeling…
I have to say I was instantly put on alert when I received and read the bottle, which says on the left side “Serving Size: 3 capsules” but on the right side, it says to take 2 capsules daily! Which one is it?? Having never taken ACV before, I am clueless as to how much is a standard dose, so this confuses me even more. You can even see the discrepancy in their own photo! I am instantly wary of any product that is mislabeled like this, because if they don’t care enough about their product to have their labels look professional, then how much do they actually care about what’s in it, or the quality? However, the product itself does have a lot of pros; it’s made in the USA (big pro in my book), the capsules are small enough to be able to swallow easily, there is no stomach upset or bad vinegar odor, and the price is reasonable. I only deducted one star for the bad labeling, since that’s mainly a big pet peeve of mine, and would still recommend this product. Only time will tell if it works for my weight or not!

Losing weight
I’m not a fan of taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and putting it in water. I don’t like the taste and worry about the enamel on my teeth. I get the same benefits from these pills. Take these 30 minutes before meal and significantly reduce the insulin response and overall glycemic index hit. This is a great way to continue to eat carbs but reduce the impact and still burn fat.

These capsules are a great way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar without the harsh taste! The addition of garcinia, turmeric, and cayenne is a nice bonus. Took these only a few times – as with any supplement, it is hard to pinpoint its effectiveness. I looked up their website and have to note that their contact number links to Balance Breens and another company, looks to be for skincare (sspjoi). Not sure if I am a fan of that – also no contact mailing address linked on their website, but it is on the bottle. Not even a full address, so where is the company located? Just be wary of what you purchase through third-party websites.

Easy to swallow, no bitterness
The bottle came with the described amount of capsules. To start, if your taking other meds, seek the advice of your physician/doctor before taking. I didn’t have any bitter taste from the capsules and they went down easy. I have noticed that I have not had the usual amount of colds this season. The bottle has what looks to be an add on label that says “made in the USA” =, which comes across a little suspect. Other than that they haven’t caused any sour tummy, digestion problems or noticeable side effects. I’ll buy them again..
