Good But One Side Effect
I think this is one of the best candida formulas I have bought except for 1 issue. After 2 weeks this cause me to have constipation. I could not gogo at all unless I took a laxative.. at first I was not sure was it this that caused it but I ran put of pills and after stopping 3 days later I’m going with out any help. This product did wonders in my gut except for that one side effect. Bummer. This did halted my sugar cravings, stopped my itching and much more.

It works!
I started using this product to finally rid myself of years long athletes foot. I bought several pairs of moister wicking socks and change twice a day, foot cream , sprays, and powder. I spray my shower with a fungus fighting cleanser. My sugar cravings were gone after two weeks, maybe a little less. I’ve been taking candassist twice a day for almost 6 weeks. Helps fight yeast infections
This was very helpful in getting rid of a yeast infection I got when I started nursing. I used it alongside kefir and topical gentian violet for my baby’s thrush. I also cut out sugar and breads/carbs from my diet, because by the time I realized it was a yeast infection it was very far along and very painful, and I just wanted it gone as fast as possible. I used it a few more times when I thought the yeast infection was trying to come back. It’s a great product.
