Easiest and most tasteful way to take Shilajit

I gotta say, this is probably the easiest and most pleasant you can probably take Shilajit.Historically I’ve taken Shilajit resin in tea form, which has done great for me, but this is like the equivalent of taking those Flinstone vitamins they had back in the day, but for Shilajit. The taste is kinda lemony, kinda orangey, but not too much. Its a little on the sweet side for me, but its not overwhelming (I’m super sensitive to sweetness as I don’t typically have anything with cane sugar – this does NOT have cane sugar in it, I just used that as a reference). I usually do 2-3 droppers full when I dose. I notice a good feeling of energy and clarity afterwards. If you’ve never taken something like this before, I’d recommend a lower dose for the first few times to see how you feel.Overall, if you are coming from a Shilajit resin like I did, you might find yourself needing higher than expected dose as I think a resin is going to be much more potent in terms of Shilajit strength, but having the addition of anti-inflammatory and cognitive supplementation is a plus.If you’re new to Shilajit, or just cant do resin, you should give this a try. Shilajit Liquid Drops for Energy

I did find that these liquid drops provided a quick but subtle sense of energy when I took them, and on some days more than others. I’m not sure why I had a different shift in my energy from these drops, from a noticeable boost to really not noticing anything, on some days vs others, could have been that it provides better results with better hydration/ dehydration levels, quality of sleep, etc, But, I did like the list ingredients and do believe the health claims that they have from the ingredients such as turmeric, ashwegandha, black pepper especially. The drops don’t taste too bad when placed under the tongue, but that is personal preference. I only take them when I’m having a sluggish day, but it may also work when taken daily along with other health improvements and supplements, but your doctor is probably the best at providing this type of info for you.

Easy to take this shilajit

Liquid Shilajit is a nice way to take it and the taste of this on it’s own is fine. As you probably know, shilajit isn’t known for good taste, but this one adds some natural orange and lemon flavors, plus stevia – these help to make it palatable. In fact, instead of taking it straight, I like it better while enjoying a cup of hot healthy green tea (and sometimes mix green & lemon tea) with this shilajit liquid in it every day, I add a little more stevia to it but that’s all I need for a relaxing drink that includes this supplement.I have used pure shilajit resin in my coffee in the morning in the past (w/ added cream and stevia) but this liquid supplement caught my eye b/c it adds turmeric, ashwagandha, black musli, ginger, ginseng (among other ingredients) and I’m interested in these additions to my diet and I still get the benefit of shilajit that I want. This brand is independently NSF-certified and made in a FDA facility with GMP practice. I do feel a clearer focus and better energy during the day and I wouldn’t hesitate to order this again to blend in with my green tea.
