Niacin Flush. Beware!
Read the description before you buy. I unfortunately did not & I took these on an empty stomach. About 40 minutes later, I experienced a niacin flush which I initially thought was an intense allergic reaction. It scared me pretty bad & I almost went to the hospital.When I looked at the reviews, I saw others were having the same experience but nobody actually knew what it was. Most figured it was an allergic reaction, as I did.I’m not sure about these yet. I’m actually a little scared to try them again. I’ll update my comment if I do. I took the dose of 2 capsules. Maybe I’ll start with one. And don’t combine these with a multivitamin or B vitamins, as that will increase the B3 (niacin) reaction.

I can’t believe these work
I actually noticed a difference in my face after a week of taking these. My skin started glowing more and fine lines were reduced. I actually couldn’t believe it. I recently couldn’t get this brand so I tried another that seemed comparable but sadly I didn’t get the same results. In terms of other health benefits, I didn’t really notice any changes in my energy levels or or focus but take that with a grain of salt because as a likely perimenopausal mom with fibromyalgia and adhd, energy and focus are hard to come by. This brand is good quality and worth the money.

I purchased this product for 3 reasons, my 1st being what’s most important to me and that came from my research with some included testimonials from individuals who shared there experiences! After taking this NAD supplement I noticed it was just causing me to break out. The first day I took it, I just believed the hives were from stress that I had going on from life. After the third day I noticed the same side affect and just decided to stop taking it. The product made me feeling like a burning sensation and then just itchyinh. This is a very cheap product but do not recommend. I had to take Benadryl to help with the hives and reddness.
