Seems like a decent if pricey CoQ10 supplement
This is a CoQ10 supplement heavily marketed on fertility on the basis of CoQ10’s effects on sperm and eggs. It also includes a high-ish dose of selenium and a small dose of calcium, the latter of which may as well not be present. Selenium isn’t always worth supplementing, but I’ll consider it a benefit.The dose of CoQ10 is 200 mg, which is sufficiently high for increasing energy and providing worthwhile antioxidant effects. I already take CoQ10 regularly and the effects feel about what I’d expect from the dose, so I’m satisfied that this supplement is indeed effective. Be advised that digestive side effects can occur much above 200 mg, and I did have to stop taking CoQ10 from other sources.Unfortunately, pricing is quite high for a CoQ10 supplement, even in combination with selenium. The product itself seems decent otherwise, but I’ve adjusted my rating accordingly.Note that the product images depict a Supplement Facts label with a claimed 75 mg selenium dose, which would be an instant massive overdose. As can be seen by the % DV figure in the same product image, though, this really is just a typo, and the label on the bottle itself correctly claims 75 mcg. I and other reviewers have been able to take this supplement without issues.

Clean ingredients with no fillers or preservatives
I’ve done some reading on why CoQ10 is so important for women’s health and I want to make sure that I’m getting as much as I need every day. It’s not the easiest nutrient to get enough of from just food unless you eat organ meats regularly, which I’m not right now… I just can’t stand the taste, and anyway, it’s hard to find grass-fed organ meats for a decent price these days, too. The price of this BabyRx Complete CoQ10 is on the high side, too, though, which is one of the two reasons I can’t give it five stars.The other reason is that the type of CoQ10 is contains is ubiquinone, not ubiquinol. From what I’ve read, ubiquinone is perfectly fine for women under 30 as their bodies can easily convert ubiquinone (CoQ10 in an oxidized state) into ubiquinol, which is the reduced and active form of CoQ10. But as we get older, our bodies can’t convert it as well. I’m over 30 and want the maximum benefit from CoQ10, so in the future I’ll make sure I get supplements with ubiquinol.I do really like the added selenium. I get some daily from food, but I do much better with more than just the minimum RDA. I don’t take calcium supplements generally, but the small amount in these are perfect for me. I hugely appreciate that BabyRx does not use any fillers or preservatives in this supplement. It’s just CoQ10, selenium, and two forms of calcium in a vegetable capsule. That is exactly what I want from a supplement! I’ve had zero stomach or skin issues since I started taking it and I feel great.I would be happy to pay the full price for this product if it had the more bio-available from of CoQ10.

This is one awesome CoQ10 supplement. It is bolstered with Calcium Carbonate and Selenium which are excellent additions. Plus, at 200mg, this CoQ10 supplement contains twice as much Coenzyme Q10 as my previous supplement.This supplement comes in a clear bottle. The clear capsules contain a light tan powder and are of a size that is easy and convenient to swallow. I do not find this supplement to have an offensive smell or taste. The lid and opening were well sealed to prevent tampering and to maintain product freshness and integrity.One of the things that really impress me about this supplement is that it is made in the USA with clean and traceable ingredients. The creation facility is also an FDA registered facility which gives me great confidence in the safety, quality, and potency of this supplement.I have noticed zero side effects taking this supplement.
