Best apple cider gummies ever
I started taking apple cider vinegar shots awhile back for bloating and it was hard to swallow. It’s so hard to get past the taste but I did it. Than I though oh maybe a hummus will be better and I bought the other brand goli and while it wasn’t as bad as the shot the taste was still bad and than o couldn’t justify the price for something that didn’t really taste that great. So happy when I tried these though, they taste so good and really help me with bloating. Love them .

Great way to get your folic acid and vitamin b6. These apple cider vinegar gummies are great for your digestive health and help with morning bloating, something that I constantly would struggle with . I will keep taking them to see if they continue to work great . They also taste good so Greta for those who prefer gummies over pill vitamins, would recommend!

These vegan gummies make it easy to take apple cider vinegar. I wanted the benefits and prefer these to drinking it. They are a cute apple shape and are NOT wet & sticky like the Goli gummies. I noticed after about a week that my appetite decreased and I wasn’t snacking like I normally do. My clothes are fitting better, I don’t feel bloated and that’s proof for me that these are working.

The taste and smell is to strong for my preference, I don’t know if it works yet since I’ve only taken them a for a short time. I can update on this if I continue to take them for longer. I just have to be honest I bought gummies to skip on the horrible taste of taking apple cider vinegar in water but they don’t taste like candy. I also advise to drink a glass of water after chewing the gummies to protect your teeth enamel just incase I read online not sure if is true.
