Seems good, but the jury’s out on effectiveness
Prostate Health Supplement: $21.88 for a 30-day supple at the time of reviewI’ve been trying various supplements for different things over the last year or so. I consult my doctor each time, since I never know how something might interact with my body. In this case, I’m starting to get to the age where taking a prostate health supplement could be beneficial. So I gave this one a shot.*What I liked*:These are just simple capsules so they’re easy to take with my regular other supplements.The ingredient list is associated with improving prostate health.*What I didn’t like*:I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a negative, as I haven’t been taking these quite long enough, I think, to see an impact, but I haven’t seen an impact. I’ll come update my review one way or another though.I’ll also discuss the cost here. I only have so much room in my budget for monthly supplements, and about $22, this would have to replace one of my other regular supplements. It’s expensive enough that I can’t just add it to my routine.*The Bottom Line:*The bottom line here is that the jury is still out. I haven’t really noticed an effect on these so far, but I will continue to take them. If I do notice something one way or another, I’ll come back and update this review. As it stands I’m going to issue a provisional four stars out of five. There isn’t any kind of bad taste or any other noticeable effect from having taken them. And if they do end up producing a noticeable benefit for me and I think they’re worth a price.

Average Prostate Supplement, But There Are Better.
I have taken several prostate supplements and this seems to have about average effectiveness. The main goal of these supplements is to reduce the constant trips to the bathroom at night by reducing the size of the prostate. When not taking these supplements, I usually have to get up 2 to 3 times a night. When I am taking a good supplement, I usually only get up 1 or 2 times. With this supplement, I am getting up usually 2 times and sometimes 3, so it’s not effective as others I have taken. Also, this one does have a very strong herbal smell and taste that others I have taken do not have.

Great product. Took about 3 bottles to really start working at it’s best. Almost gave up on it but glad I didn’t’ 79 years old and only get up once a night and some nights I sleep all night. I guess works different for different people but for me it was a great thing.

I ordered this because I am currently on TRT and the excess test in my body and been being converted to DHT I have been on this for a little over a month and I’m seeing results with no side effects!I’ve taken supplements in the past for many different reasons trying to naturally correct something I was experiencing. There were many supplements that had a horrible smell and taste, these are not those. No bad smell or aftertaste they literally don’t have a smell and I can’t taste any anything bad. For some reason they’ve improved the quality of sleep I get. Altogether I’m happy with the purchase because the quality of the ingredients are out of this world.
