Been using this for about two months and I can definitely tell a difference. I was getting hot flashes all the time. Especially when out shopping. Thats when I realized they were working when I stopped having hot flashes when I was out. Id def recommend these but give um at least a month or two.

Reduced night sweats
I started noticing a difference after about 2 weeks, and a significant difference after 30 days. I was waking up drenched at least twice a night, and now I’m having an occasional night sweat 1-2 nights per week.

This supplement caused me to have bouts of unexplained, uncontrollable RAGE. It is likely a reaction to my prescription adhd and antidepressant meds. I have been fine since I stopped taking it, so there is no doubt that this was the causative factor. That doesn’t mean it is harmful, but please talk to a physician before taking this if you are on any other medications. On the good side the weight loss claim is 1000% true. I lost 40lbs over the course of 3 boxes.

I freaking love this stuff!! My hot flashes have almost completely stopped. Before I started taking this, I would come out of the shower looking sunburnt (hot flush), and I don’t even use hot water in my showers. Once I started taking these, I wasn’t waking up drenched in sweat and the hot flushes/flashes are almost non-existent. Also, finally started being able to lose weight again, which was why I purchased these in the first place!

I have felt a difference 3 weeks into taking this product. I was having night sweats and hot flashes when I was getting close to start my cycle. I’m 38 years old. The product states to give it up to 60 days to feel a difference. Each box it’s for 30 days. I started taking this product right after my cycle finished. I thought I gave this a try after I done my research. By the time my next cycle came around I felt the difference no more night sweats or hot flashes. I was getting really bad night sweats. Hot flashes not as often. But it really helps with both. Now I feel like I’m just getting started on my pre- menopausal symptoms. So for now I’m sticking to this product until I may need something stronger.🤞hopefully not
