   This is POTENT

   I wanted this particular brand of 3, 6, 9 oil because it does NOT have Evening Primrose oil in it. I had taken another 3,6,9 blend that contained it and while I LOVED the benefits of that oil, it also flared up my Hidradenitis suppurativa (hs) which is a skin condition where you get cysts in your ears, armpits, groin, rear. So the EPO worked great for my hair and nails, hot flashes were cured almost instantly and other benefits, but I could NOT take it, it any dose, without it flaring the HS. For me, I KNOW it is a hormonal reaction.I can’t take this oil. It is way too potent for me. Maybe if it was in a gel pill already, but this stuff burns and you can smell it 10+ feet away. I am trying instead to put on my nails to see if that does anything. If not, it is out.And about the label on the bottle…..a serving is 1 tsp. which is 5 ml. Don’t pay attention to the label, It is completely wrong. There will be about 45 calories in 1 tsp of this oil. This is a small bottle, just under 3.5 ozs. This bottle will contain about 20 teaspoons. Not sure why they are confusing ml and g on the label. The whole label is confusing. They should have just written it in another language and saved me the trouble of trying to decipher it.

   Helped With Sore Throat And Breathing

   I have been wanting to have some black seed oil during the winter when it is important to have immune boosters. I use kalonji seeds in Indian cooking so the oil was attractive to me.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a tiny bottle which is only 100ml. It is pretty small. There is a plug in the top which is fantastic to keep the oil fresher and from spilling if the bottle is tipped.SMELLThis is a strong oil. It has the smell of onion seeds which is what it is from.HOW I USED THISI had a sore throat from snoring and from severe weather changes. I also was having some breathing congestion, but not really too much. After taking a few drops of this several times during the day, my throat was better and I noticed my breathing cleared up too. It does burn the throat at first, but it then feels better.COUNTRY OF ORIGINIndiaTHE BOTTOM LINEI will use this through the winter for various things, but this one time in particular, I was very thankful to have this oil. It seemed to help a lot, especially for sore throat.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I like this oil and would buy it again. I plan to use it for any skin rashes or other needs through the winter.

   ???

   I am a long time black seed oil user and this tastes like turpentine. Black seed doesn’t taste good no matter what the brand, but this is particularly bad.The container is very small.Since taking this my face has been puffy and itchy. No other brand does this. So clearly, this is not working for me. Love black seed. Can’t do this.

   Good value!

   The bottle is not fancy but the oil itself is very fresh and potent. I used it topically to treat my allergic rhinitis. It alleviated the symptoms almost immediately, unexpectedly. Amazing! I will definitely try other applications as well. For the price of 30ml typically, you get 100ml high quality oil.

   WTF!!!

   Picked Up oil (which was not sent when promised) and its broke so it leaked. It could have been worse if the cap was not metal and there was no plastic wrap. I will try to upload a picture. This is unacceptable and just plain sad!!

   Methylene Blue tastes much worse!but i’ll try anything for documented health benefits. i’ll update if i have some. this amt was too tiny to notice
