    Made me a little queasy

    I took these for about a week straight, and while I didn’t notice much difference in my libidio or spirits, I did notice a little bit of tummy discomfort. It could’ve been coincidence, but I felt sick to my stomach every day that I took these. The pills themselves are easy to take with no issues— no bad taste or size problems. I don’t know if a week was long enough to be effective at all, but I couldn’t tolerate the stomach blahs. If you have a sensitive tummy, maybe try a smaller dose of this or something else.

The capsules are covered in the supplement powder inside the bottle, which makes the capsules taste which I don’t like.I like the herbal ingredients in this supplement, however can’t comment on it’s effectiveness as I have yet felt it made any difference to my energy or mood. Maybe I need to take this for longer period of time.This supplement is Gluten free, Non-GMO, Vegan friendly, Dairy free, No added sugar, Made In USA.

    After reading the ingredients, I ordered this supplement thinking even if it doesn’t work, it probably won’t hurt. When it arrived, the packaging was impressive. The amber-colored glass bottle and pretty label made it look like something fancy, almost display-worthy (almost). The expiration date is 1.5 years out, so I had plenty of time to test it out. The capsules are a lovely shade of red, distinguishing them from all of the other natural supplements I take.This bottle was triple sealed. Normally, I would not condone this; this time, I’m glad it was. After removing the shrink wrap around the lid, it was revealed that there was a big chunk of the lid missing (the broken-off piece was nowhere to be found, leading me to believe it was like this before the plastic wrap was applied). The bottle had a seal under the lid, so the capsules were okay, but I had to find a new container to store them in once the seal was broken. That was annoying, but at $45.99, I’m going to make sure they stay fresh.I’ll be honest. The difference I’ve felt since starting this supplement has been subtle. I’m not disappointed, but I’m also not sure the mild efficacy is worth the price tag. I think that a lot of times with natural supplements, people expect them to “work” like a pharmaceutical supplement. That’s not always the case. I think this is a good addition to my routine while I have it, but I probably won’t be ordering it again.
