The patch helped me rally and bounce back.
I finally got a chance to truly put the Bounce Back Recovery Patch to the test last weekend. I won’t go into the specifics of which activities I needed to bounce back from, but I am happy to report that my energy level throughout and after waking up from said activities was surprisingly elevated.I was indeed skeptical, as you likely are too as you read this. The ingredients of the patch weren’t readily available to read on the product I received so I was a bit disappointed to have to go back and read the product listing. The patch was easy to apply. I mistakenly did so prior to taking a shower but the patch held on and the stickiness wasn’t compromised. It was comfortable to wear, so much so that I forgot to take it off.How is this a functional product? I don’t know. I put it on, I carried on late into the night, went to bed, woke up and the splitting headache, runs and fatigue wasn’t there. I felt a bit jittery, and I was definitely thirsty, but I didn’t feel like I had been hit by a Mack truck. I was surprisingly productive that day too, having plenty of energy and patience necessary to assemble a bunk bed.I can’t guarantee you will magically wake up and have the drive to assemble imported furniture the day after a late night of adult beverages by wearing this patch. But I can definitely recommend you at least try it because I think it’s a reasonably good value for the money in my experience.

Easy to use, subtle yet amazing benefits, great for weddings/parties/college
I ordered these recovery patches because I’m always curious about these types of patches that promote wellness. I’ve used energy vitamin patches before but never ones meant to supplement an indulgent night and lack of sleep. In order to truly test the effectiveness I supposed you’d have to compare having drinks while wearing this and not. I’m not a huge drinker but my husband enjoys whiskey on occasion and likes me to join him. I had both of us put one patch on before having a couple cocktails to see how we felt in the morning, especially compared to nights when we did not wear one. To be honest I actually believe these do have an effect. We’re in our 40’s and don’t bounce back after a few drinks like we used to, but the morning we had the patches on we woke easier and had better energy levels. It’s obviously not a cure all but I would say definitely makes a positive impact, which is amazing when you have things you need to get done early the following day.Overall I’d say give these a try if you’re sensitive to the aftereffects of alcohol. I’d recommend using an alcohol swab on the skin where you’re going to place it- I put it on my inner wrist and my husband his upper arm where there was the least amount of hair. The alcohol removes any oils or products on the skin and makes the patch stick better. Once on it’s comfortable and I forgot it was even there, until I put my hand near my face/nose. There is definitely a vitamin smell, so if that would bother you I’d be sure to stick it somewhere not close to your nose. The vitamin scent ensured me this wasn’t just a placebo effect either, these things are packed with good for you vitamins so no matter what you’re doing something good for you, to counteract the not so good for you drinks lol. We left these on most of the following day too, in order to make sure we got the maximum benefits. The patch stayed put so is very durable, though I wouldn’t recommend submerging in water. This is a good value in my opinion since you can’t go wrong with vitamins and the absorption method is preferable for people who get nauseous taking pills. I also like the preventative aspect of it- pop these in your bag when you go out in case you decide to indulge, or stick one on if you plan to. These would make great gifts, such as favors for a wedding or party, especially with an open bar. Would be great for a young adult heading off to college for the first time as well. I love how portable they are, literally just stickers, and you can easily hide wearing one if need be. I say give them a go if you’re interested, you can’t go wrong prioritizing your health, especially when you know you’re going to be overly indulgent one day.

i’ve been seeing these Recovery Patches pop up lately, and since they’re basically just a sticker you wear after a night out, i was pretty curious to see if they actually did anything. They’re meant to help you wake up feeling human again after a late night of drinking by delivering vitamins like B12 and Glutathione through your skin.The real reviews from people who aren’t getting them for free are honestly all over the place. Some people swear they’re a miracle and that they wake up without the usual “hit by a truck” feeling, especially if they put it on before they start drinking. It’s definitely a nice alternative to trying to choke down a bunch of pills when you already feel like crap.But there are some fair criticisms you should know about. For one, a lot of people have mentioned that the adhesive is no joke—it can be a real pain to get off and sometimes leaves a sticky residue or a red mark if you have sensitive skin. It works!Well, it helps.Don’t believe this is a miracle sticker. It is effective at giving your body some vitamins and other stuff that you’ll probably be missing after a night of terrible decisions. It’s easy to use — just slap one (or two) on before you go out, or even after you get back.A little pricey at $2 per sticker, but if you feel less bad in the morning, it’s probably worth it!I didn’t notice any skin irritation even though I wore mine for 13 hours (don’t ask). The adhesive stayed stuck, but it didn’t hurt taking off, though I did so in the shower. They are durable enough for a night out plus restless sleep.I’d use again, but these will only reduce the negative morning impacts, not completely eliminate your terrible decisions!

There’s those nights you know you had a few too many. Usually I chug some water and pop a couple pain killers.This is much better, effective.Just slap a patch on and crash out.It’s an adhesive patch, so it is easy, comfortable, and disappears. At around $20 for a 12 pack, it’s a good value. I wish it came with info on the ingredients though, for when I inevitably forget this in the back of the cupboard.It’s also seems like, from the listing, you can use this after a night partying, but it’s meant to be applied to the skin before you start drinking in order to be effective. Minor thing, it’s just something I noticed.Easy to use – just stick it on your skin and keep it there for about 8 hours. The adhesive may irritate those with sensitive skin so put it somewhere that won’t be too uncomfortable.

Review for Recovery Patch – Wake up Refreshed
I had saved these specifically for a bachelorette party. They are very easy use; self explanatory.. remove from backing and place on skin. I provided one for everyone. Most of us put them on our upper bodies (arms, shoulders, back..) We spent the night bar-hopping and drinking wayyy more than anyone could consider legal (kidding.. but, you catch my drift.)They are very good quality! The material is that of like a bandaid; they stuck very well to everyone’s body and they stayed in place all night even amongst dancing (and let’s face it, sweating..) they were all still on our bodies the next morning. They did not leave a smell, which is something I was concerned about, especially when we began to sweat. but thankfully we could not tell that we were wearing them, minus seeing them physically.Aside from sleeping in a little, not one of us dealt with any type of hangover, which was miraculous(!) considering how much we drank. I don’t know if it was the water we drank before passing out, or if it was the patch.. but, I’d like to say it was the patch. It did provide pain relief, as none of has any headaches in the morning.. only a few dealt with some dizziness, but it wasn’t related to the patch (that I believe,) it was more that they were just still feeling drunk in the morning.Overall, not sure I’ll ever do another bachelorette party without these! I believe that they saved our weekend and for that i think they are definitely DEFINITELY worth the money. I will gladly purchase again and again!

Recovery Patch (GENERIC)
I’m a pretty big fan of supplement patches. I find them to be convenient, and I already take enough prescribed meds that it’s a nice way to not have to take more pills.This set of 12 patches came in a clear pouch – no branded packaging which did give me pause. There is a card insert that contains really no useful information and lists no ingredients. I see that there is a picture of the ingredients on the product page, but I prefer to be able to run them through ingredient checkers before I use a product. I can’t do that with these.These patches are pretty ginormous. My other patches are maybe the size of a half dollar coin. These are substantially larger than that. Other patches are transparent that it can take many weeks of sustained use to see any result. I’m not sure how a single patch can have such immediate impact, but maybe that’s just me. I tried these after some very late nights working on home improvements and didn’t really notice anything. I also think these are price is very high. My other patches average closer to $1 a patch versus these that at regular price are more than double that. It’s a good conceptual idea and if you feel like they work for you, awesome!
