The supplement also contains inulin to support digestive health.This is a one pill a day, easy to swallow supplement. It is made in the USA, is 3rd-party tested, and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities. The only issue I have with this product is the packaging. There are thirty pills in a large container. Wasted space, too much plastic. Whatever happened to reduction of packaging? This is a bit ridiculous. Other than that, the probiotic seems promising.

I have taken a couple different probiotics because I just tend to have gut health issues and some work better than others. These ones – the pills are definitely a little larger than others that I’ve taken but not too large that it affects me, some people might just not love that. Sometimes when I switch to a new one my stomach freaks out and goes crazy – but my gut reacted well and really adjusted.
