This supplement would work well for people who struggle swallowing pills. The gummies are easily chewable and have a nice raspberry flavor. The gummies do tend to stick to one another in the bottle. I have PMOS and have noticed an improvement after using these gummies. It doesn’t have a weird taste or smell. The instructions say to take two gummies once daily. Taking two at the same time has caused me to have diarrhea. I switched it up and take one gummy in the morning and one gummy at night and that has helped immensely. I still get the benefits without getting the side effects. These are non-GMO. They are vegan and sugar free. I would recommend them to someone else but let them know that side effects can happen.

I received these gummies a couple of days ago, so I can’t honestly tell you yet whether they work as advertised.
