Natural And Effective!!! Love it!!
I wanted to use the product for awhile before giving my review. After using this for two months, I can honestly say this product works! About a month ago, I was experiencing sinus headaches. My head and ear felt so full. I would wake up with horrible headaches due to the severe congestion. My doctor recommended Sudafed, but I decided to try Zyrtec no drowsiness formula which was recommended by my CVS pharmacists. Unfortunately, it has horrible drowsiness side effects! I would take it night to alleviate the post nasal drip so I can sleep and not have to get up constantly due to coughing. Though it did dry me up, I would wake up so drowsy and the grogginess would not lift until 3PM!! I hated feeling like that all day. I tried Mucinex and one other brand and both produced the same side effects. That’s when I decided to Google for a natural antihistamine and discovered Lucidia. There was also another brand that had similar ingredients but I chose Lucidia because it contained higher milligrams of the “nettle” which is the key ingredient to dry up the congestion. It’s the natural alternative for antihistamine. What I love about it this product is that it works fast! Last night I had a horrible headache so I took one Lucidia and one 500mg Bromelain which helps with inflammation, and my headache was gone within an hour!!I have recommended this to family and friends who suffer from sinusitis, colds or allergies. Trust me, you will love it!

I initially purchased this with my 7-year-old son in mind. He was given a prescription for Flonase, and told to take Children’s Zyrtec for his multiple allergies. I recently learned that Flonase is steroidal, and OTC allergy liquids often contain preservatives that adversely affect ADHD children, so I started checking for more natural solutions. We tried the one by Springboard, and I’m not sure how well it worked for allergies, but his skin looked great (he does have skin allergies), and when it went out of stock, I was desperate for a comparable product. With Lucidia, his allergy symptoms NOTICEABLY decreased! It even worked for me; however, it only lasts a few hours, and another dose is needed.It’s a little expensive to take up to 3x a day, but we like it. If you’re looking for something to use every now and again for milder allergy symptoms, this product may be for you!

Works well but may get pricey for people with hypersensitivity
I really like how well this product worked and had been looking for allergy medicine that contained many of the ingredients in this bottle. The only down side is the amount you have to take and how often you have to take it. Although the bottle states serving size is one capsule, I received an email from the seller about larger dosage for effective results. I ran out of the bottle in maybe a week and a half or two weeks so it could get expensive for me to continue to take this product as my main product for allergy relief. I would buy it again and experiment with lower doses to see if I can get it to last me longer.

No more mouth breathing!
I’ve tried it all, Zyrtec, Claritin, Nettie Pot, essential oils on the face and through a diffuser… None of these worked to any lasting result this year. I even dosed up on vitamin C, which has had great effect on my other allergies,but to no avail.I came across this little gem, which to me has been more like a gold mine, after doing some research on herbs and natural solutions for allergies. This year, 2017, has brought me more sneezing, eye rubbing, and mouth breathing than the last few combined. Not to mention my nose dripping like a bag of saline solution into an iv. This supppliment has what I found to be consistently listed as the top natural allergy remedies.It works.That’s all that matters ultimately.I have been evangelizing this stuff to the world like I just discovered the americas. It starts working after the first dose. You can feel the trapped air being released from your nose as if some little nanobot is in your sinus cavity with a bulldozer, scraping away the layers of built up mucous. It’s magic, well, close enough. You have to hit it hard for the first day like the bottle suggests. Take it 3-4 times. 3 capsules for me. After that, it’s just maintainence (2 capsules). The best part is my body goes off like an alarm clock when my next dose is needed. That first sneeze returns followed by the slightly itchy roof of the mouth which is promptly followed by two more capsules. I may sneeze one more time before that dose goes to work for the next 6 or so hours. No more Zyrtec for me! Hope it works as well for you! Thanks Artemis!

Got rid of a persistent dry cough that couldn’t be controlled with other allergy meds.
My routine allergy meds was a rotation of zyrtec, allegra, and claritin. Whenever I felt the medicine wasn’t as effective, I would switch and repeat. Last year I had a dry cough that lasted quite longer than the average cough. At first I took OTC cough medicine, but when it ran out I knew it was something else. I tried taking traditional chinese cough medicine as well, but it didn’t help too much. I didn’t cough all the time; it would happen in random annoying coughing fits that left me red in the face like I was choking. Lucidia came up as an Amazon recommendation, and I bought it based on the positive reviews. The first day, I took 3 pills even though it says to increase your dosage gradually. I didn’t care since it was natural ingredients, it wouldn’t be as strong as the regular allergy meds anyway. After taking it consistently for a week and foregoing all the chemical based allergy meds, my weird cough was adequately controlled and eventually went away. I was so happy, I recommended Lucidia to family and friends. I don’t take Lucidia regularly anymore, just when I feel my allergies are going to get bad like when there’s rain in the forecast or strong winds. I’ve also tried taking NOW brand Quercetin with Bromelain to save money, but I don’t think it’s as effective as Lucidia, plus I take more pills. A miracle for me
I suffer from horrible allergies year round and pretty much always have. I have been taking Xyzal for a few years and while it certainly helps me more than any other antihistamines did, it doesn’t do so much for me come spring and summer, and even this past winter I was miserable. I have continued to take Xyzal at night, and I take two Lucidia capsules each morning on an empty stomach, as directed. I still can’t believe it but I was instantly better from day 1! I’ve been on it for a little over 2 months and this is the first time I’ve been able to truly enjoy spring!!! I now have MAYBE 1 or 2 little sneezing fits a day, compared to sneezing all day long usually, my eyes have been fine, no congestion, no need for Sudafed. This has been no less than a miracle for me! I got some for my dad and my daughter recently and so far it’s helping them, too! This stuff pretty much pays for itself between the Sudafed, eye drops, and tissues I’m saving on! I think at some point I may even try to quit the Xyzal, maybe in the fall–too nervous now with all the flowers outside. Hope it works for you, too!
